Great chair, only thing we’d change is the knob as it hurts the hand after a while. Otherwise can’t fault it so far 😊

Delivery service was unreliable, promised times, didn’t turn up. Then next day gave 15 hour delivery window. Finally delivered on day 5. Shocking service and call centre support.

This is my 3rd wheelchair from mobility plus.
I absolutely love this model.
It’s very comfortable and easy to use.
The solid wheels and suspension give me reassurance that no flat tires and a lessening of shock spinal pain.
Came on time and the lad helped push it into my flat.
So easy to order and the service was excellent.

Good website, all the information i needed, easy to order. Really pleased with my new scooter. Only issue was delivery company cancelled delivery on the due day, item was delivered following day but 3 hours later than expected

Well made and light. However 2 main faults. The seating arrangement is far too narrow for a well built person. The back wheel set up is very wide making it more suitable for shopping than in the house.
Definitely a try before buy. Big advantage is that it folds up quite narrow

An OK experience. You had a good looking product and it arrived promptly. Assembly was ok but the Allen key required to fix maladjusted brakes was not provided. A couple of wheels are out of “true” roundness. Let’s give it a run or two.

Excellent service.i came unstuck attaching the joystick because i was doing it incorrectly but mobilty plus got me back on track immediatley by sending me a video.fab electric wheelchair my husband loves it especially the extra wide seat.
