This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number. Then a list of exactly the parts needed for each tower. After putting one together we realized the part numbers made it clear what parts were needed. We spent about 9 hours putting 12 towers together for a 14’ x6’ closet. It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.

The design service was great , and the expedient delivery was appreciated.
Product came well packed and installation was straight forward.

We had an issue with some incorrect hinges and that was taken care of immediately. Great product!

Great customer service! They FaceTimed us and walked us through the process after we gave them exact measurements. The boxes(mostly individually labeled) came in a somewhat timely manner. They went together pretty seamlessly. Unfortunately the directions should be more specific on which box combinations should be installed first. I was able to figure it out by putting every box combination together in my garage than walk and lay them out in the closet. It fit together almost perfectly. The 4 star rating is they are 1000% easier to install than the box stores( Home Depot/Lowes) and are a bit less expensive. All in all a good product for the price!

Over the years I have purchased a number of items that had to be assembled and installed. The process of getting the design was very nice and quick. The shipment was delivered on time. Now we were in the process of remodeling so it took longer to get to the closet. It took about 1 day to get it all assembled and installed. The thought process of every detail down to even how the boxes were easy to breakdown, each box had its own bag of parts and a great book to assemble the product was super. I can't say enough about the product.

I did not enjoy my shopping experience with Modular Closets, and the shipping was terrible. The salesperson I spoke with was pushy and also asked me if I was sure I wanted to spend so much. Such an odd thing to say. I would have rather not spoken with them, but I had a specific question I needed to ask. The packages arrived ripped open with parts missing. It ultimately delayed delivery because FedEx said they could not be delivered unless they repaired the packaging. Customer service helped replace missing items, but instead of communicating with me, they just shipped replacements, which resulted in them sending incorrect items. That said, the final product was exactly what I was looking for.

The process to plan layout of your space with the design team, to delivery of all the boxes is pretty straightforward.
Each module or tower or draw comes in individual boxes and they're labeled very well. You do need to have some DIY skills to stay organized and understand which module to start with when you start the install especially if your space is small.
Every module tower drawer is quite sturdy however the only downside is it only give the exact number of screws, nails etc with maybe one extra now and then. Several of our shelf support screws had bad threads or slightly damaged heads which slowed us down.

We love our Modular Closets! Bella was extremely friendly, helpful and professional in helping us pick our design and complete our order! They came in a timely manner and were very easy to install!

I had a great experience with Modular Closets. The design and ordering process was very easy and convenient. Tom Chayn made everything simple and helped create a great design that worked perfectly for my space. Installation was a bit challenging to do alone, but once everything was put together the closet looked fantastic. The price was also very reasonable—especially compared to the local contractor who quoted me nearly three times as much. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them.

Worked with a designer who brought together the towers we needed and the layout. They worked perfectly in our space.

I submitted a request for a custom closet and less than 24 hours later I had a full rendering, complete quote, and call setup to review. Brenda (who is amazing) was able to answer my questions and make tweaks to the design on the fly. I am completely blown away by the level of customer service and will definitely be back.

I’ve installed Modular Closets in two different homes, including one much smaller than the first, and the customization allowed me to fit just as much clothing in the smaller space as I had in my larger house. The designer helped create a layout that used every inch of the closet efficiently.

I assembled the system myself by carefully laying everything out and following the instructions. It took some time, but everything fit together beautifully and feels very solid.

I compared them with IKEA closets and the price was similar, but the customization and overall quality of Modular Closets were noticeably better. I’m so happy with them that I’m ordering additional units for my hall and entryway closets and would definitely use them again in another home.
