I have been using their Sonicare head…
I have been using their Sonicare head refills for over a year now and they do lose the bristles. I find them not to be as good as the Philip's. However, it is considerably cheaper so it's worth it.

The brushes l orders fitted my Oral B toothbrush. They are slightly tighter to fit onto the toothbrush but other than that it works with them so I am happy for the significantly cheaper product.
Also they were delivered promptly and with no damage.

Have bought my toothbrush heads for many years and the brushes are really good and the customer service is excellent.

Disappointing performance
Brush heads arrived quickly but I am very disappointed with the performance. The precision heads don't rotate when the slightest pressure is applied and therefore aren't fit for purpose. The cross action are marginally better but the bristles are far too soft.

I bought these on the understanding that they fitted a Philips Sonicare Toothbrush.
They aren't compatible with this model at all so have proved to be useless.
