I can wholeheartedly say that the customer service they give is second to none and the functionality of their product absolutely shines. Mollie has been great, but...
Mollie has been great so far.
But they recently updated their analytics dashboard. We relied on this for many years (Analysing trends, seeing order volume, etc.).
It's now turned into a forecast. And I can no longer use it. When I ask their support, I just get "This is the new dashboard, you have to work with this, and we're not going back".
Highly frustrated, and unfortunate that they just couldn't add forecast as a new feature. They completely removed their old analytical dashboarding.
Edit: Mollie reached out in under 24 hours. And entirely helped me get this fixed. Thanks so much!

Unclear payouts, weak security practices and an unreliable platform
I decided to try Mollie because the platform initially looked professional and suitable for my business. In reality, the experience turned into a complete disappointment from implementation to payment processing.
The onboarding and integration process already felt messy and unclear. Documentation and platform behaviour are inconsistent, and the dashboard regularly behaves unpredictably. Over the past months the UI quality has become even worse, with bugs, broken flows and poor transparency around payout processing.
One of the biggest concerns is security and privacy. Sensitive financial information such as IBAN numbers is displayed in plain text with very limited masking or protection. For a payment service provider handling business and customer financial data, this raises serious GDPR/AVG concerns. Mollie is also not transparent enough about how merchant data is handled internally.
What makes this even more concerning is that Mollie requests highly sensitive verification documents such as IDs and business information from merchants, while at the same time the platform itself does not give confidence that this data is handled securely enough. New customers should be extremely careful before uploading sensitive identification documents to this platform.
The payout system is another major problem. Status updates are delayed, payout calculations are unclear and communication around SEPA processing feels intentionally vague. As a merchant you are left guessing where your money is and when it will actually arrive.
The overall platform feels amateuristic for a company operating at this scale. A PSP should provide trust, stability and transparency. Instead, Mollie created financial uncertainty and frustration throughout the entire experience.
UPDATE 14:07: Mollie is doing nothing, the reply is insane. I have contacted them for days. It's done. I will send a invoice to them with the damages and their behavior. This is a unreliable PSP. Still asking the same questions, then after a while you get a another (AI) person and asks exactly the same questions. WATCH OUT FOR THIS PSP. NOT AVG/GPDR Compliant and they are not careful with your data. I actually want to sue them with all evidence I gathered for a year including screenshots transactions and proofs my point. Also the data the return in the webbrowser shows how much they do not care about merchants.
