Got initial call at agreed time 09:15, had issues with the video link and agreed with the operator that I would make sure the issue was not with my phone and they would call back at 13:00....an hour or so past with no call, I phoned them, no specific reason given for why I didn't receive second call, agreed they would call again at 17:30...its now 18:15 so guess the call is not happening.
Whatever the reason was for them not calling back, don't understand why they cant just say they have decided not to process the purchase and remove the faff. I have read another review which is very similar to my experience so I'm not alone but see a number of positive reviews. Perhaps they have enough cars going through through their books, any problem call (video link issues) just isn't worth the operators time, which I understand, but it would have been nice to be dealt with honestly.

Easy and quick sale.
The valuer, Clive was very professional and courteous, although the offer was less than the original value advised (note that no online car buying company would pay the original offer price), Money4your motors.com offered the highest price online. It was explained in great detail, the reasons why the offer was less, and I accepted this and agreed the sale. The payment was received within minutes, I would definitely recommend this company if you are thinking of selling your car.
