I decided to visit the showroom in person to purchase my new radio, on arrival I was made most welcome and the showroom was very well appointed. The transaction went through seamlessly and in no time at all I was on my way back home. All told a very pleasant experience and a pleasure to do business with Moonraker

Parcel's delivery delay is correct.
The material was well packed and conform to description.
The antenna i received (storm Master 5800) was not correctly assembled, paint was scratched, and i have an issue to fit the ajustable whip. But it seems not to affect the performances of the antenna.

Great advice and support with new cable selection and specifications.

The team were very helpful with giving me information on the Diamond 795 antenna and they had an answer for every question I had and they have recommended a guide online to be able to listen to new frequencies with my scanner.

Fast and efficient service

On time, on schedule easy to assemble. Needed to lube fitting as they were tough to screw together. Would have been nice to have a bit of info on tuning the top radial.

I requested an old for new deal, was greatly impressed with not only the speed of response but the value offered. Straight away a courier sent to collect returns, and within days new product sent out.
