David Norman went above and beyond...without trauma dumping here, he contacted me direct by phone and quickly assessed my immediate need for admin assistance; got on and solved the problem and sent an immediate email to update me. He was so helpful and kind on a day when my world had caved in.
I have had our work insurance with Morton Michel for over 35 years! The company is efficient, helpful and make the sometimes complicated decisions we need to take achievable by explaining well. Gold stars all round and thankyou David!

Brilliant service from Emily, who made the whole experience of changing policyholder and renewing really easy. She thought outside the box to solve any problems. Thankyou!

Polite and friendly staff quickly managed my policy renewal. Cheapest insurance for childminders that I have been able to find. Very good value. Highly recommend this company.

Emma was so professional and knowledgeable giving us clear information and guiding us to make the right choice of insurance for our business. She was available to answer questions and always prompt and responsive.

Morton Michel rang up to ask if we wanted to renew policy which we declined, however they still went ahead and took premium and didn't cancel policy. We then did that before new one started, but despite 4 requests for a refund each time they didn't do it and finally when they said they would refund they said it would take 6 weeks. They are actually allowed 30 days under distance selling act, but I think the fact they took it incorrectly and are still waiting the maximum time to refund and their inability to cancel the policy correctly shows customer service is non existent.

Very disappointed as we will need a new policy soon and they are now not in the top 100 choices. Shopped around and found better options.

I was helped by Daniel Brown. He really made my day. He went out of his way to help me and I really appreciated it. He was knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent customer service and he was so friendly. I am so thankful for his help today.

I received a quote and call from Jerome at Morton Michel about an online application I had made. He ran through my quote and helped with parts that were confusing to me and mistakes I had made in the application brilliantly. It was a pleasure to have the call with him and my experience with him made me decided to go with Morton Michel for my holiday club insurance.

With a busy day, trying to schedule a call David was very patient and accommodating ringing me several times till it was continent which helped a lot, he then went on to give as much detail as I needed with a friendly patient approach! 😀
