Dan was fantastic at explaining and running through everything with me. He was very detailed in his explanations and is a great asset to Morton Michel. It’s a shame he’s an arsenal fan but you can’t have it all!

I just had an email confirmation about renewal of my nanny insurance.I have never requested automatic renewal at first place!What a disgrace to such practices.I have requested cancellation and refund!

This should not be allowed!I will never deal with MM again!

A recent experience rwsulred in me submitting a claim for business interruption. Steve Hodgson was so supportive and professional during the whole process and everything was dealt with in a timely manner. He is a genuinely lovely person.

Jade Harrison dealt with my renewal brilliantly. As the operations director for a franchise network when renewing my own policy I am also thinking about any changes to the questions I get asked on my renewal phone call and any policy wording changing and things in the last year. The queries I had about these things Jade dealt with brilliantly and was super efficient in dealing with this and had all the information I needed across to me pretty much immediately after we came off the phone!
