Constantly Late / Untracked
Motif delivery service let’s them down. Photo books are late and their tracking system is useless. Was told a delivery would be made on 19th Jan within a 2 hour slot, nothing arrived ( again ) and now I have a mew date of 26th. Blaming Covid & Brexit. They give you a delivery date knowing they cannot meet that date. Best stick to a UK company. First order I gave them the benefit of the doubt but second order was just as bad.

We’re sorry that you had experienced this delivery challenge. Brexit has changed the custom clearance process of our shipping carrier for all of their orders shipped to the UK, which caused unexpected delay for these orders. We are informed the situation is getting much better now.
