Ordered a load of gear in preparation for my cbt. Almost all of it arrived within a few days of me ordering except a pair of waterproof trousers. Turns out the trousers were out of stock but motohawk offered a replacement pair that were more expensive than the original but didn’t charge the excess.
Customer service was impeccable and the kit is good quality with swift delivery. Can’t fault them and will deffo buy again should I need to.

Ordered gloves and a helmet which were both great items and they were packaged well

Ordered some RST boots for a trip to Scotland from MOTOHAWK. Boots arrived on time but there was a strap missing from one of the buckles. Matt at MOTOHAWK responded brilliantly and I had a replacement in the post and delivered the next day. Great product and customer service! Thank you

My Nolan 70-2x purchased from them lost its vent controller and they were useless at supplying me with a replacement. Said they had no part number for the part and were waiting for Nolan to help.
In the 3 weeks they took to respond with yet another tale of no help from Nolan I had sourced it myself from Nolan direct. Poor back up.

I searched for local companies for gear incase of an issues with sizes having known about strange fits with alpinestars... Ordered online... Arrived within the expected delivery time. Good stuff... Might visit the shop next time 👍

I have ordered several items from Motohawk, and have never had a problem, always good customer service, I will continue to use,

After ordering a new helmet and returning due to damage, 2nd helmet arrived, also damaged, promised 3rd helmet delivery on Tuesday, rang Wednesday when no helmet arrived to be informed that wasn't what was promised. From being very helpful it soon turned unpleasant as it was clear that the promise made was imaginary! As we were due to go on holiday that weekend I had to borrow a helmet. The new AGV helmet which was to be dispatched on Monday we find out would not be in the warehouse until Friday this was not good service. However, we were informed it was highly unusual for successive helmets to be damaged, the 3rd replacement would be personally checked. When asked why we weren't provided with an update, the response was that as they deal with hundreds of deliveries per day, they don't have the time, albeit Motohawk had previously stated that this was highly irregular. Refund requested.

I purchased a roll-bag from here as Sports Bike Shop was out of stock for the item I wanted. I saw some bad reviews on trust pilot regarding this company regarding delivery times. So I rang up in advance to confirm stock levels - they couldn't have been nicer, straight to the point and the item arrived the next day. Service as expected - no issues.

Order Not received ,they send an email address and asking me for copy of my ID,this is something new AVOID this scammers

It's good to see a company going out there way to confirm you ordered 4 of the same item and it wasn't a mistake, Fair play there's not many companies that do that.

The product was delivered well packaged and on time. Used this bag on my trip abroad, perfect size as well. I would recommend this product and supplier to others.
