Received some substandard nike shoes faulty with part of the tick missing and wrinkled sole i email they reply and when I send the required pics they ignore me. Still chasing them for a return and refund the phone number listed doesn't work

Scam website, fake Nike products shipped from the far east. 2 weeks to arrive, poorly packaged and easy to see are counterfeit - still chasing a full refund.

The Yeezy 350s took nearly a month to turn up. I have many pairs and know the shoe. These are (not obvious) fakes. I'm gutted to have a snide pair that cost about the same as the real ones. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AT THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered trainers for my wife and they have not turned up. Ita been over a month now. Delivery apparently via Evri. Tried to contact them several times. Very unhelpful. Seems to be fraudulent. Which I had read reviews on here. Would not recommend buying anything from this seller.

Fakes when get lost woth shipping company like evri seller refuses to make any contact or effort to resolve issue so lost money amd trainer cause seller doesn't reply back when evri told sell to contact them to resolve issue for me amd still nothing

I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company almost three weeks ago, after the initial 8 to 12 day delivery period had passed, i was left wandering where my items were, so i Attempted to get into contact with the support team via the email given on their website. Initially i got no response. After waiting afew days, still nothing, i tried again, Afew more days passed. Nothing still, so i tried one more time, this time instead of requesting an update on the whereabouts of the product i had purchased almost Three weeks prior, i decided to request a refund. I am still waiting for a reply. overall incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service and blatant disregard for the customers themselves, little annoying that i've been left in thr dark with no contract from them outside of the email confirming my purchases. Would highly recommend using other services for the acquisition of any goods.

Never buy from them; they are all scams. I was scammed £126. For over a month now, I have not heard anything from them; they do not pick up or return calls.

Payed 126 for n8ke trainers said I want refund no answer now saying g 20 days delivery from London to leeds KEEP AWAY from these people it's a clear rip off I reported to trading standards PayPal and the police it's plain theft.uts been over a week no refund.

Complete scam, once they have your money you'll never hear from them again. Was lucky my bank reversed the payment

Scam had to contact bank to get money back I fell for some Nike trainers at £127 said paid by PayPal which I hadn’t which instantly sounded alarm bells. Now waited for a dispute claim from my bank

WARNING ‼️ Please avoid shopping on this site at all cost. I fell into the trap but thankfully used PayPal. Placed my order over a week ago and received fake tracking details. When I click to track it shows it’s with courier - for 10 days! I’ve tried emailing and calling to no avail. I’ve opened a dispute through PayPal and should hopefully get my money back. Looking into how to report them as fraudulent.

UPDATE: I can now confirm this company is not based in the UK as advertised and is registered under a different name with PayPal. I’ve had to return their counterfeit goods to Vietnam which cost me a small fortune. Will definitely be reporting to Trading Standards as they are misleading consumers. Their correct details are below:
