Product took 3 weeks to arrive, tried to get hold of them via fb and their form. Took ages for a response despite them being online on facebook and posting. Basic apology no offer of a refund or something to make up the fact I had to wait. Item wouldve arirved in time for my holiday, instead recieved it a week after it ended. Item i ordered doesnt fit my reusable razor. Already requested a rwfund for the postage, now asking to return/full refund. Doubt ill hear anything anytime soon, if at all. Accidentally used this site instead of my normal. Wouldve bene more understanding if there were better customer service, I understand stuff happens but this experience has been dreadful and dragged out.

I really like Mutiny’s shaving supplies, been using them for years now and very happy. I’ve reduced the amount of plastic waste from the bathroom almost completely and have what seems a much better shave with nicer materials than ever before.

When the postman arrived, I was not at home and my parents had to pay twenty €. It is not a problem, but these things have to be known in advance.

Arrived very promptly in padded envelope. Item was packaged nicely - have not opened the box as it is a gift for my son who insists on shark blades but I am sure he will be pleased with it.

Excellent service, excellent product and a great company ethos. It has taken me a while to get used to shaving with a single blade razor again. However once the skill is mastered it is a skill that one will keep on looking to improve. Having an excellent product like this will help achieve that.

Good product, sent promptly, well packaged, fairly priced. Makes it easy to ditch the disposable razor, and given the cost of premium disposables, I will start saving money within a couple of months.

Mutiny shaving are terrible for slow delivery and no communication. Same experience last time I ordered so it’s not just a one off. I want to keep buying from you but will look for an alternative. Shame. I think your idea and soaps are brilliant.

Update. I paid for five soaps and only received three. No response to my emails and no refund even though I was told twice that I would be refunded. I won’t be shopping here again and suggest that unless you are prepared for such appalling customer service, that you don’t either. Changed from two stars to one.
