I love MyBag, they have such a amazing range of designer bags and accessories. Excellent delivery time and amazing customer service. I lovely visiting and seeing what I’m going to buy next, I think I’m addicted to this shop!

As per my previous comment outlining my experience.

Still no correspondence from Mybag or Hermes despite my comment a week ago. Horrific service. Honestly stay well clear of this lot. Terrible, terrible service. Can’t get a product to there customers in time for Christmas. Over promising under delivering. Bank looking into a refund for me.

Like so many on here I placed an order on 25 November & still haven't had the bag although received numerous emails saying it is delayed. Says money won't be taken out of account until item despatched but was taken on 25 November? Impossible to contact - constant hanging on the phone & live chat not working? Awful customer service. Beware. I now want a refund but can't make contact with anyone.

Worst customer service ever !!! I ordered a bag as a gift on black Friday and like many of the reviews below no sign of it. I have sent two emails and DM to there Instagram page and no response! I will never use this site again or recommend it to anyone.

As with the comments below I would give Zero stars if I could.
I was told the item has been delivered by Hermes and the bag was no where to be seen around my house. Hermes then declared the item as lost and I have heard from mybag is a lot of stalling replies to messages left over 48 hours before.

I have tried to call them but no active numbers due to COVID. Have you not heard about diverting phones to people working at home??

All I am seeking is assistance with my matter or a refund so I can purchase another item somewhere else as Christmas is now around the corner.

And no before you ask I do not have social media to contact you that way.

They are Great

I have ordered a couple of times from my bag. The quality is always fantastic. I have also sent an item back before which was dealt with quickly and efficiently! I will definitely order from them again.

Zero stars if I can rate it

I put an order in during the black friday sale period for a bag, and nearly 2 weeks later the order was cancelled with no explanation, after the sales are all finished everywhere else. Unreliable business, shop at your own risk. Never again for me.

Didn't have a problem with my order or delivery, people have to understand that it's going to take longer at this time of year. The only problem I have is trying to get hold of someone to send my order back, it's an unwanted gift, I've sent a message on the website and on Facebook messenger but still no reply

Better Late than Never

Ordered Marc Jacobs Bag very late 23.11.20. Dispatched 24.11.20, with estimated delivery 27.11.20 to 30.11.20. When it had not arrived I looked up tracking details. My order number was saying item had been delivered in September. I was beginning to think my Black Friday deal was not.... I emailed customer service which was very slow to respond and message made no sense when received. Received another email on the 6.12.20 to tell me My Order was on it’s way. An Post delivered the same day. The item was received with delight packaged in a box and in protective bubble wrap. The item was packed as from supplier and not as one would see it in a department store unless they ran down to get you a fresh one.
There was two things that caused concern/stress to me. Firstly the tracking information was wrong, Secondly the reviews of MyBag.
The delivery took no longer than that from a large retailer. If tracking details were correct there would have been no stress.

Will never use again!

Ordered some earrings 28 Nov. Still not arrived and had no tracking updates like they said I would. Contacted them by email and Twitter with all of the details and they just send a generic reply asking for the details again. Phone line not working. They have taken the money too. Reporting them to Trading Standards now after finding all of these awful reviews. There’s no excuse!

Hassle

What a load of hassle this outfit is. My item was in a box that was so flimsy it was broken open when it arrived by courier. Trying to get a satisfactory response from customer services is difficult. Just as good deals to be had from more reputable companies elsewhere.
Please just desist from any more replies. You are the only company I have ever dealt with that responds from Customer Services by way of a no reply e mail address. Logging in to an account each time to respond is tiresome. As I have already intimidated imo you just want to make it as difficult as possible to complain. Others be warned.

Ordered a bag over two weeks ago and…

Ordered a bag over two weeks ago and still not arrived. Can’t get in touch through phone or live chat and they don’t respond to messages even though I sent all of the information that they asked for. Looks like another scam!
Just to add that on the website it states that money will not be taken until the item is dispatched. The money was taken within three days and two weeks later the item has not been sent!
