Order came on time, all goods to expected standard except one of the door handle escutcheons which had seized. I emailed to request a replacement and they responded within a week, sending out a replacement.

Promising start
My door handles came really quickly, which was great. However one of the handles was marked so I’ve tried making contact to organise a replacement. After chasing for the past month I’ve had no response at all. The door handle is now flaking off and looks terrible. Disappointing considering the promising start.

Excellent service. Next day delivery with updates. Great customer service when wanting to return part of my order. Great quality product - door handles look really good! Will deffo order from here again.

Failed to deliver order.
I ordered two new door locks about two weeks ago and have yet to receive them.
I have raised the issued with PayPal now too as I have had no word from the company up on messaging them.
Very disappointed ☹️.

I am so happy with my handles! I checked the website out and saw sone handles but I had some questions about it.
