Too tight
I purchased two ‘light’ sized Rings during the kickstarter campaign. They arrived very late but were very high quality items. The design is very clever and I can see how they are completely different to a standard O ring. My 1-star is purely because the ring is too small / constrictive for me. I have a large girth and the light ring just completely cut off blood flow turning my penis dark purple after 20 seconds. PLEASE make an extra extra light version asap. I will buy it and I’m sure it will get 5-stars.

The rings are actually too big. I am above average girth and still they were not tight enough to make a difference, and certainly overpriced. Unless you have a girth of 6.5+ inches it will not help. The average girth apparently is 4.9 inches. Be warned.

They sold me an already used license without a proper resolution. Waste of time and money!
I am very disappointed that the MYHIXEL Control program activation issue remains unresolved after a significant time - almost 10 days. The sequence of events suggests a concerning pattern. After I reported the missing activation card and then purchased the CONTROL program separately, the provided activation details were faulty, indicating the QR code was already in use.
Instead of addressing a potential license issue, the focus shifted to a supposed software bug. Despite my providing detailed device information and screenshots, the problem continues. The uncertain resolution timeframe for this "simple bug" leads me to suspect a corrupted license is the actual cause.
I am concerned that the emphasis on a software bug might be masking a faulty license and that my support ticket could be closed without resolution, leaving the product unusable. It is unacceptable that I still cannot use the program after almost 10 days.
Therefore, I insist on a more transparent approach. As requested, please provide an alternative license to quickly verify if the issue is with the current license data. I urge you to investigate and provide a replacement license without further delay to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt and effective response.
They were only responsive for during the money collection and near dead otherwise. Be careful.

They followed up after this post and offered a new license data. I believe this post was the only reason to respond and act on my initial suggestion after 10 days. They refused to offer a proper compensation for the delay and inconvenience.
Overall it is a bad experience.

Here are some steps and some tutorial videos to ensure proper operation of the device:
1. Charge the device for 3-4 hours before the first use. The light will stop flashing once fully charged, and it will turn off once disconnected from power.
2. Press the bottom button to turn on the device (note that there is no light indicator for this). This can confuse and think it is turned off when it is turned on and vice versa.
3. Press the top button to activate the heating function with the lid on. The light will flash for 5 minutes, after which it will stop but continue to heat for another 5 minutes, totaling 10 minutes. Extended use beyond this may trigger a cooldown for safety.
4. Remove the cover and press the top button for the vibration function.
5. Always remember to turn off the device after each use to preserve battery life.
Please note that both heating and vibration are integral to the therapeutic methodology of the device. They are designed to work together to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.

Greater girth, length and sensitivity, and a happier partner
Whilst not an ED sufferer, I got these rings because I suffer from delayed orgasm, and they promised greater sensitivity so I hoped they would help me finish sooner and give my partner what she was hoping for in having me orgasm before she’d become too sensitive to continue making love. I first purchased the MYHIXEL MED device back in 2021. I was a little sceptical at first, but I have to say that the build quality is first class. Some may think this is just another 'Men's Stimulation Device' but it is far from that. The sleeve is incredibly realistic and I thought the warming action was great attention to detail. The App content was also very good. However, unfortunately for me, as I have suffered from lifelong PE and now ED, I was unable to use it to its full potential. I also ordered the MYHIXEL Ring (pack of 3) back in November 2024. There were delays in delivery, outside of their control, but I have to say that Customer Services were excellent. Although response times were sometimes a little slow, they let me know what the issues were and did all they could to get my order to me as swiftly as they could. I couldn't ask for more than that. I am yet to try the Rings, so cannot leave any feedback about this yet.
The packaging for all the products I have received has been extremely discreet, so there has been no embarrassment ever. The website is well structured and informative, and ordering is also very easy.
I have also backed the Kickstarter for the MYHIXEL3, which I am incredibly excited about. Hopefully I will be able to rid myself of these two dysfunctions for good.
Overall, I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to MYHIXEL for creating some truly exceptional products, and I would have no hesitation of endorsing them going forward.
