I recently made a purchase of the Control product on the website, and I must say that it arrived in perfect condition.I wasn't unsure about what model to pick, but I decided to buy the v2 version because it included bluetooth.
I found MYHIXEL on Kickstarter, I pledged their Ring campaign and I'd like to say that even if they're incurring in some delays they've being transparent with their communications. Besides this, supporting these kind of campaigns is always risky, so I'm surprised they're getting bad reviews from backers.
In short, I trust in this company and I consider they're professional, their products are good quality and I'm happy with Control and very looking forward to receiving the Ring soon.

Absolutely terrible product and terrible customer service. The product will not go into pairing mode in order to connect to Bluetooth. I have reached out to Support and customer service many times with no response. I would stay far away from spending your money on this product.

Fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice; shame on me. There won't be a third time.
Having bought the first version. I thought they had corrected the weaknesses (temperature and vibration) in the second version. Um, no. There is absolutely no difference between the first and second versions.
I bought version two as part of their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. A week later they announced version three. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I like it, but some improvements would make it 5☆
I like the hardware and app combination to make progress for sexual endurance!
I ordered the Hixel first Gen, the vibration is nothing crazy but maybe it's a good frequency to decrease sensitivity. I've had it for almost a week.
The sleeve has a hole in the bottom which led to a mess spilling into the bottom of the canister.
It was difficult to clean up without the heat and vibration wires getting water on them. Hopefully everything continues to work.
