Fast delivery and great price and product

The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. The work has been done for me and any questions I had were answered promptly and with care. Delivery was fast and reliable. It felt like having a knowledgeable, wise aunt/sister/mother to guide and care for us as we journeyed the path of caring for a baby and having to go the “formula way”, which was scary and stressful. MOF gave us peace and ease in this time that we were feeding our little one the best we could, which we could not have accessed in our area. Thank you.

had an issue with my original organic formula order where the wrong stage was sent, and while the situation was stressful at first (especially as a parent), their customer service truly impressed me. They took responsibility right away and immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle.

Unfortunately the replacement got delayed in customs, which was completely out of their control — but throughout the entire process they stayed responsive, helpful, and supportive. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind their product and does everything they can to make things right.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters most — and they handled this beautifully. I’m very pleased overall and would absolutely order again.

Although the stated delivery time is up to 10 business days, my orders have never taken more than 4 days to arrive.
What I really appreciate is their transparency regarding expiration dates. They inform me about the batch expiry of the formula and notify me in advance if a batch has a shorter shelf life, or offer alternatives with longer expiry when needed.
