Zeller service experience

I have always had the pleasure of working with Harrison from Zeller, From the moment I reached out, he was not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you very much for helping me…

Thank you very much for helping me solve the problem in time.
When I was doing activities in the mall, I used the pos machine to connect to the wifi in the mall, which caused the machine to be locked.
Customer service called me to solve the problem step by step, very timely and very grateful.
It would be better if you could send me a manual, so that I can avoid the situation that the machine can not be used due to misoperation. Thanks

Experience with Zeller

We just started a new business, fairly new with everything but we got recommendations from Triniteq about Zeller. We are glad that we went ahead with it and met Jared.
Within 2 days they got back to us straight away,
he has helped us to set up the Efpos machine, very quick response when we have any issues and he also sent us an email just in case we have any difficulties.
We definitely continued with Zeller and will recommend it to friends and family.

We love Zeller!!

We can't recommend Zeller highly enough. Prior to switching to Zeller we used a large business that provided archaic machines, costly rentals, and terrible service. The support, payment options and dashboard that Zeller provide us has changed the way we take payments and everyone in our team absolutely loves it. You won't regret switching to Zeller!

Having Zeller within our business has…

Having Zeller within our business has been the best business decision we have made. The whole team especially James Harrison have provided us with exceptional support within a timely manner. Our customers have also given us feedback about how easy it is and convenient using this system. I would recommend Zeller to any new business owner no matter how small or large.
