Being a small non for-profit club with a limited yearly turnover in sales we have tried other brand terminals and while others are good Zeller is better. Zeller support is second to none and the price of their terminals and fees are more than reasonable.
We would recommend Zeller to any potential business or club requiring a cashless service.

Because of a system error on your end our eftpos was down all day losing us over $500 in sales, customer support did nothing to rectify the issue. I’ll be changing eftpos provider.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Would not recommend! Have had so much trouble with
them. First settlement day did moto transaction for$800, approved but they froze my account keeping all funds of days transactions and any future ones until I can provide 3 months business bank acc statements but it was my first settlement havnt been trading yet..for 3 months so looks like can't receive my money until I've traded for 3 months!!!!
Put simply the banking experience has been poor to date. Transactions that were processed instantly with my previous bank will be processed in “30 to 45 days” with Zeller. As a transport operator that is constantly getting fuel, I can’t wait for over a month for fuel pre-authorisations to be released. This significantly impacts my cash flow. Additionally, it appears that the Support team is only available when it comes to dealing with terminal questions and there’s no one to talk to as far as the bank account go.
I do plan on acquiring a payment terminal in the next few months however given the support and banking experience I’ve received I’m nervous about doing so. It appears that this is a situation of “over promise and under deliver.”
Lure you in with a good offering then 3 months later they change it and no longer do cost of acceptance refunds.
Sales was okay, but I mean simple things like no cost for the 4g backup never applied so after following up for a few months to ne resolve just gave up and moving elsewhere.
Edit: in reaponse to your reply okay so the rate negotiated was 0.9% yet im charged 1.4%. The back up sim has been charged every month since joining even though was supposed to be free back up to match our tyro.
Edit 2: it seems after this review you have dropped it down to 1%.

Won't give refunds! A significant disadvantage. Called to complain - everyone too busy to speak.
Edit: We had $15,000 in our account but hadn't done enough in transactions for the day, which makes it difficult for a refund. As such, despite the money we had we still couldn't process a refund. However the team called a few days later and provided options. While those options don't suit our business we are increasing rating to two stars and will see if things improve moving forward.

What an easy transituion it was moving over to Zeller, the team came out and helped with setting up everything and was all good to go within an hour and we had 9 machine in total to get up and running. They also have great support team. Would highly recommend Zeller
Zeller has completely made my Small Business with Ease! Without any interruption to the business. Accepting Paying within minutes after Applying. Which is a Bonus! Switching to Commbank and Zeller was too easy! Customer Service was a Top High Expectation and very Knowledge in its products!

Brand New Zeller machine. It does Not connect, even after several 'trouble shooting' calls. I had to send the Serial number of machine to customer support.

Deciding to use Zeller has been a great upgrade for our Op-Shop financially. The $15.00 p/m fee for the simcard has been covered easily by the amount of increased sales since offering EFTPOS. I would recommend Zeller to any small business that does not want to pay exorbitant fees to a bank.
Zeller has been great right from the start, sign up and activation was simple and easy.
The fees for mobile tap to pay was my draw card as they are better priced than the others..
The app and its features are pretty good, I like the option to have settlement account and business savings..
Can't fault Zeller they have been great and can't comment on contact centre as I've not needed too..

I think a lot of banking is a rip off. Zeller, so far, has been better value. Lowest charge at 1.4%. I like the offers on money in my Zeller bank account. Love being in something new and Australian.
