Placed my order mid November although it estimated 2-3 days I'm still waiting a month later. Can't get a response from they on phone or email. Avoid at all cost.

I bought AminoPro from this company in November 24. I am still using it as I bought enough to keep me going. Have just seen these reviews and I had no problems getting my order at all. That said I have just done a check with Companies House and see this company has voluntarily been dissolved as of 25th Feb.2025. So no longer exists.

I ordered converter tabs for my thyroid on 5th november 25.. The advert was on facebook. They said delivery would be 2-3 days. 10 days down the line i still haven't received them. I have tried to ring the number on invoice. Goes to voice mail. Message left. No reply. I sent an email. No reply. I believe this is a scam company. Am hoping my bank will return my £65. I will report them to the fraud squad.

If possible would like to give 0 stars. Company is real FAKE plased order 2 months ago. No goods no any reply to the emails. Is just internet robbers

This is definitely a scam. I ordered it and there’s no company name on it and it took several weeks from China Who on earth, would order something from China and put it in their body and a form of liquid drops? The doctor online who recommends this Hass to be a fraud. She also recommends other drops such as Rosona. I am working with Amazon to get a full refund. They want to work with the seller first, but they will guarantee my refund.

Chinese scam. Ordered goods believing they were manufactured/tested in the USA. When confirmation came through, I saw they were to be shipped from China. Immediately contacted company to cancel. Was told ot was too late as had been shipped. Needless to say, still waiting. Looked up company...seems to be based in India. Raised concerns with company about the source of ingredients, who replied, 'Our product is indeed made in the USA, with ingredients primarily sourced here. To improve availability worldwide and help reduce costs for our customers, the final packaging is completed in Asia (including China) before shipping. This sometimes means the external packaging may look a little different, but please rest assured the product itself remains the same high-quality formula.
All of our facilities are FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant, and each batch is tested by independent third parties to ensure safety and quality.'
Somehow I don't believe a word of this...how can it be more effective for goods sourced in USA to be packaged and shipped from China? 🤔

Buyer Beware! Naturalis is another one of a growing list of scam Chinese companies.
You need to read the small print. A Google search has Naturalis products being made in various countries. The fact is the products are made in China and shipped from China. I found this out a day after placing the order. I immediately sent an email attempting to cancel the order. I was told the order had already shipped. This was a lie because the website had the order still being processed.
I've already filed and won two claims against other Chinese companies that made false claims. However the process is long, aggravating and tiresome. Western governments need to do something to stop the deceptive practices of these Chinese companies. Governments need to protect consumers in their countries!

Ordered a product beginning of June and never received anything.
Although I placed a one off order they booked me for a subscription without my consent so they charged me again beginning of July.

Do not waste your money, ordered 3 pens on the 18th June, website said delivery within 2-3 days, still waiting nearly a month later. I have emailed a few times only to be told they have supplier issues however website is still showing as 2-3 days delivery. My emails are now being ignored. Avoid at all cost!!!

Complete and utter scam. Avoid.

Product does not work. The website says it offers you a 180 day money back guarantee, when I asked for it they ignored me.

I was sold a product that is not for human consumption in the form it was sold.
No customer service.
A phony address in London, does not exist.
No phone number.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I had my order confirmed stating it would despatched within 24 hrs. Here I am now many weeks late corresponding with “ Christina” like the others who haven’t received the goods. Will have to go to credit card company for refund now. Just as well I didn’t request 6 months supply! Buyer beware!

Stop using the pen get the bottle I suffered with nail fungus for years I religiously apply it but make sure u get a good nail filer and file the nail each and everytime then apply the liquid it’s working it’s a honest review from me I spent so much money on boots products never never worked but this is Amazing I didn’t purchase over Amazon I brought it from the actual website it self.

Tried it for a month but no success. They initially promised a full refund once I had returned the empty box 🤷‍♂️ but have conveniently not provided me with a return address. Despite numerous follow up emails they have failed to respond and obviously have no intention of doing so.

Just received my 3rd order, very prompt. Ordered Thursday, confirmed immediately and arrived by post on Saturday.
It's the only product in 4 years that has improved my toenails, further spread stopped immediately and it's taken 9 months to grow out. Almost completely clear now, I'd recommended trying it.

I received my order fine, only been using for a couple of weeks so can’t tell you if it’s actually working yet however overall condition of nails have improved, I also used the pen in an emergency on holiday for my itchy gnat bites worked a treat 😀
