Excellent service

I had to query an order as I had not received any updates.
My payment method had failed but I didn't know at the time.
A quick email confirmed this.
I did the order again and was surprised to receive it the next day. Excellent service.

It was a speedy delivery

It was a speedy delivery
Sentinel 2 boxes due to postal weight
Cost another $85 at customs for 2 boxes
Would it be more cost effective to ship via DHL ?
It would be good customer service to know a choice upon ordering.My order was worth $600.00 plus customs .... another $85 added to cost

This is the best supplement company I…

This is the best supplement company I have every dealt with. Their products are excellent quality and have helped me overcome a very difficult to treat infection which did not respond to antibiotics and had made me quite ill. The customer support is outstanding, in particular their support from their qualified and extremely helpful nutritionist Ani.
I can highly recommend them and will carry on using their products as needed.

My first time using Natures Fix. A couple of products didn't arrive with my order due to being out of stock. However these were promptly sent soon afterwards as soon as available. The whole process was straightforward and easy.

What a fantastic company!

What a fantastic company! Their customer service is outstanding. Not only do they offer a free 15 minute consultation but the advice is from a proper nutritionist and they really know their stuff and pull out all the stops to help you. I felt very disheartened before I spoke to them because the doctors and even consultants had nothing to offer me apart from antibiotics which my superbug infection is resistant to. I had to do a lot of research to find products and methods to fight it but it was hard work and I was unsure whether I was doing the right thing. After talking to Ani I feel reassured that there is a lot that can be done with special supplements and carrying on with the routines I have worked out myself. I would not have found some of the ones that were recommended. They are a little more expensive than other supplement companies but it is really worth paying that, the advice you get is worth a lot more than the few quid you save by buying cheaper. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and am so grateful I decided to buy from them.

Noticeable Difference

This was my first time ordering from Naturesfix and I'm very happy. Their Periwinkle tincture is very good quality and a reasonable price for the amount in the bottle. I bought it for my brother who has a brain tumour and was feeling unwell due to swelling and inflammation in the brain. After one day of two doses, he started looking better. After five days use, he's started to actually feel a positive difference. This will have to be a regular purchase! Thank you to all at Naturesfix.

Had a problem with my post service and Nature's Fix handled it very professionally

I ordered my item from this website because they had the cheapest delivery options. Predictably, it took a while to arrive. However my post office made a mistake and sent the item back.
I contacted Nature Fix's staff and had a very professional experience in having it sent to me again. I also think they used a better delivery method than what i paid for, because it arrived much faster the second time over. Will definitely buy again from them.

Packaging filled with useless platic

Packaging style from last century, full of useless plastic, like nobody knows there is a massive plastic pollution problem on this planet?

We are unsure if this review was directed at ourselves or the product manufacturer. We pack our parcels using recycled materials; biodegradable packing chips and recycled boxes.

We have reached out to the customer to resolve but have yet to hear back. We are keen to make sure there has not been an error in handling in our warehouse as we take sustainability very seriously.

(I also run an online natural health business - Wild As The Wind Natural Skincare & Essential Oils - and, I know how difficult it is to get things right, and keep on getting them right. This is the only company from which I…

This is the only company from which I can buy the best probiotics since I'm based in Europe.. Really glad they exist since if there wasn't for them, I couldn't buy any good supplement whatsoever.. In addition to that, they are also always so helpful with any query I bug them with, so they will never lose me as a customer . Cheers!
