Coupon code not operational.

I wanted to renew my subscription using a two-day-only savings code from Neat.com via email. Unable to make a purchase because Neat.com was not excepting
a savings coupon code. After several unsuccessful attempts to make a purchase, I decided to contact customer service. I made contact with representative "LIZA C." The problem that I was having was more complicated, multi-tasked, and time-consuming than was not even expected! Liza throughout the lengthy process session was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. It was necessary to be placed on hold several times during our session
and each time Liza advised of her intentions and made sure I had any questions or concerns. Liza was always professional and yet Liza was always friendly and made sure all my concerns/questions were answered and or resolved. Liza is one of the best reps I have worked with. Neat.com having employees like Liza will ensure them their current and future goals!!

Excellent service once I finally heard a live person. Don was the agent that was tremendous in his knowledge and able to communicate that to resolving my problem and did so promptly.

Scanner help.

I was have trouble getting my scanner to work properly. I reached out to Liza and she walked me through the process and how it works. In no time I was using my scanner and copying my receipts in no time. Thank You Liza for your quick response and help.

The guy tech I had was amazing he was so polite and friendly and I could understand him perfectly. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a short time. And his response time to my email was very good

Fully satisfied Neat user

I have been using Neat for a number of years but due to a hardware upgrade I was not being able to upload the software. I reached out to Neat. Lisa took my case and supported me patiently and persistently until the system was working well. I am impressed with the commitment and interest demonstrated.

Neat data migration

The Neat technician (Liza) had to migrate data from my old laptop hard drive back-up, to my new laptop and Neat cloud. It is a tedious job, but Liza hung with it, was very professional, and got the job done. I appreciate the Neat product/service, and obviously the support that makes the product/service work!! Liza was awesome!

Liza was awesome!
She worked diligently to get me back up and running. Helping to transfer numerous files from my old desktop version to the new cloud version after my hard drive failed. Years and Years of files! Years of Receipts and Documents covering my cancer treatments that I feared were lost forever.
from 8/29/2022 until today 9/26/2022 we worked to get this completed
She is a great asset to your company.

I should give 5 stars

I should give 5 stars, but with most reviews I do if I do, I seldom give the highest points. To be honest, a 5 star here should be given due to the fact Liza e-mailed me back in June when I first approached NEAT. Then when I e-mailed her back today 9/22'/22 and didn't connect, she persisted and called me. That's dedication for sure. If "things" would change in the future will be sure to call her. Thanks

Update my software

After changing from one computer to another, I needed to get up to date software. Your service technicians were able to do this in a very efficient manner. I will be learning the new input methods and feel confident that with your help it will be a great experience.

Thankful for Liza

The initial interaction of trying to explain in a chat box is frustrating, but the silver lining is that it connected me with Liza. Liza was extremely helpful, and once we spoke on the phone it was easier to convey what my issues were. While my NEAT was down for a week, some issues on my end were some of the cause, Liza worked very hard to get me taken care of.
