Patient, Caring, Kind & Professional

Liza was the most patient, caring & kind and Professional Tech I have ever worked with! Merging my 15 years of data from my computer hard drive to my new Neat account online was not a task for the faint at heart! She very carefully checked and rechecked to confirm that every single file and entry was correctly transferred to my Neat cloud account.

Thank you Neat for hiring superior quality customer service technicians. And, thank you Liza for carefully walking me through the merging process and helping me get started on scanning into my new cloud account!!!

New Scanner Install

Our Neat scanner broke and we had to order a third party scanner. Liz helped install all the necessary drivers, etc. to get it working. She did a great job.

The representative was knowledgeable and patient

The representative was knowledgeable and very patient with me. He helped me get my new scanner connected to the Neat Utility program enabling me to scan my receipts into the Neat Program. This was very important to me for I use Neat for my husbands business receipts

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Neat Scanner.

Looks like you worked via phone with a Neat Expert on September 19. At that time, it was suggested that you hardwire your scanner to your computer.

Our understanding is that you successfully hardwired the scanner and were then able to successfully and continuously scan.

We are happy to work with you again to troubleshoot but please understand that all Neat scanners are out of warranty as of July 2018. We can only provide limited assistance for scanners.

If you would like to schedule another appointment with a Neat Expert, please check for support options in the 'Help & Support' section at the bottom left-hand corner of Neat when you sign in.

Scanner not working.

Had an older version of Neat. Started having problems with it and also had a hard drive failure. Purchased the on line version but my scanner would not work. Called in for a tech to help. She was outstanding. Worked through a bunch of processes and was able to not only get the scanner to work, but scan better. She also walked me through the way in which I would input data using the Neat scan tool and then uploading it to my on line account. She showed me how to run the most accurate reports for my particular business. She was polite, professional and a joy to work with. Thank you!
