I had to change the logo on our franking machine because of a school name change and spoke to a lovely lady called Rosie, she was brilliant and talked me through it all very clearly, she was so patient and made sure that I understood what I needed to do. It was a pleasure to speak to her.

I've been a loyal customer of Neopost for 9 years. Earlier this year I was contacted by Brooke Black to say they would no longer be able to offer the service of the machine I've been using, this was confirmed with Brooke on May 24th...when it was also agreed that my unused postage £ would be returned to me, and that they'd arrange to collect the machine.
Since then they've completely ignored all correspondence from me - I've contacted them on June 20th, July 5th, July 22nd, Aug 5th...and had ZERO responses.
I've chased Brooke Black, Yvonne Ferguson, spoken to their chat assistants online and also their generic Customer Care email address....and not had ONE single response.
My advice to other customers would be AVOID this company - they'll only contact you when it suits then, if there's a problem they completely abandon you.
The 'Customer Care' clearly isn't fit for purpose, and there's zero regard for customer loyalty.

Brooke Black from Neopost was extremely polite and helpful on the phone and I have no hesitation in recommending her for acknowledgement of this. She explained the situation and was not pushy in any way or form. She was a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to Kim today as I had numerous queries on a number of invoices, accounts and My Neopost website account of which she was very helpful in the way that she managed to help me resolve all my queries. Kim was very friendly and extremely efficient in the way that she answered my queries and provides excellent customer service. She is a credit to her company and it was a pleasure to talk to her.
