10/10 Customer service, I ordered a display ticket and entry, Spoke to a friend and found that they had theirs a few days early, contacted Nevermore through the website and within 5 minutes i had a reply through Instagram about an incorrect address. My problem was solved instantly and i was supplied with new tickets :)
