Received my ring today in less than 24hrs. I needed to replace my wedding band due weight loss and thought I’d go with a cheaper option of Tungsten 8mm. Very fast delivery 2 to 3 days from ordering to being delivered.
I wanted to see how durable it is my work means it could get scratched but nothing not even when I done my patio on the weekend. 100% recommend on every stage .

I ordered this late on Sunday evening with engravement and it arrived early tuesday morning. Its stunning!! Well packaged and comes in a lovely gift box. I know he will love it. After choosing my ring I wasn’t sure what size I needed. The ring sizer arrived within 2 days allowing me to order my sized ring which was delivered 2 days later. 5 days in total from ordering to delivery is exceptional.

Excellent customer service, I ordered my ring but wasn’t sure which size, I emailed their customer service and within about 10mins had a reply (not an auto-reply) advising if it was too big/small I could exchange. The ring turned up the next day and fits perfectly, quality is excellent and you would think the ring cost 5x what I paid, would definitely recommend!

The experience was outstanding. Being able to receive a ring sizer before ordering meant I could confidently choose the right size and even try it on before engraving. It’s a service I would have happily paid extra for, so the fact that it came at no additional cost was a fantastic bonus. I couldn’t fault them—10/10.

Absolutely loved my Fiance's wedding ring. I purchased the Universe Tungsten ring 6mm which we were so pleased with, it is beautiful. The customer service is second to none and wish that all businesses we dealt with were so good. We ordered a sizer and chose the size via their instructions which were very clear. It was all so easy and were constantly updated even though everything was sorted and delivered within 48 hours. Can highly recommend their products and overall service.
