Amazing customer service and the simplest returns process I’ve ever used. Free returns and quick turn around meant swapping to a bigger size was no problem at all. We were looking for a lightweight wedding band for my partner and wanted to try titanium. Buying online seemed risky when he was between sizes, but the exchange process was so easy, and really quick to do. I’d definitely use again!

I am truly over the moon in the service offered by Newman Bands. As someone who is very new to jewellery, they have helped me tremendously in finding a ring that I really love. I had no idea on the market, competitors or even the style I wanted. But after some quick searches on Google it became clear that my budget would quickly eliminate my choices. That's the first thing I noticed about Newman Bands, literally all of their rings were affordable! I was almost skeptical, until I noticed their "try at home" service. That was it for me, I knew I could bite the bullet and give them a go - and my word I'm glad I did. It's not often you come across a small business online that actually stands by their words in this day and age. I've been misled many times before. But Newman Bands truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to them I got to try a handful of rings of my choice in the comfort of my own home, wear them for a few days, and find out my ring size - without having to pay practically anything! I was stunned at the level of commitment they have with their customers. The communication between myself and Clare were extremely helpful and swift. I was never left waiting for a reply and all my questions were answered. This experience has really opened me up to the world of jewellery. I simply cannot fault this experience in any way. Delivery was next day, communication and transparency were top notch. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent communication. I asked for a ring sizer , this arrived the next day - on a Sunday! I then used the code given to order the ring, did this on a Tuesday and the ring arrived the next day. I got email updates through the process , I emailed to ask questions and had quick replies. The ring is beautiful. Thankyou 😊

Firstly, absolutely beautiful rings. The website is really nicely laid out, and the pictures of the rings were nice and clear.

I decided to order 2, as it's my partners 50th birthday (4 days after my 40th so we are very much in present competition mode!), and have had one of them engraved and the message is super clear on the inside of the ring.

Secondly, I can't believe how quickly they have arrived! And they are perfect, so thank you very much, I think I will have a very happy (hopefully emotional) man on the day

I ordered a very nice shell band as a wedding ring. Delivered very quickly and packaged well. I also ordered the silicone band and they very kindly gave me 3 in different colours. Fit was perfect and I then returned for engraving which was made very simple with the enclosed package. Had it returned to me quickly.
Outstanding service and high quality finished product. Would certainly recommend and I would definitely use again.

Absolutely fantasic small business, so glad i purchased a ring from this company rather than one of the big ones on the high street, as i dougt the customer service would have been any where near as good (speaking from experience)

I ordered a ring that i thought would fit but was slightly to tight, sent back for a bigger size - no problem at all. Intialy paid for the engraving but asked if i could try that ring in before being engraved, again no problem at all.
I had worn the ring a week and had noticed there was a very small amount of coating had come off and had concerns about hiw long it would last, so when i sent it back for engraving i simply mentioned this and they went above and beyond and offered a different ring even if it meant a difference in price.

Phonomenal experience, would absolutely 100% recommend this company. It feels like they would stop at nothing to make sure the client was totally happy.

Very happy with the final ring and the engraving, brilliant quality and feels like it should cost at least 5x what it actually did. And all with very fast and effienct delivery. All of their rings arrive in a fabric pouch and presentation box which is a real bonus rather than in a little plastic bag where there is no protection.

Would like to wish all the staff at newman bands every success going forwards, excellent company with phenomenal customer service. Well done!

Ordered my husband to be wedding on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday such a fast delivery. We are both absolutely overwhelmed with how nice the ring is, the quality and look is amazing. So glad we ordered off Newman bands and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a ring.

Wow, amazing products, amazing communication, amazing prices and options couldn’t fault anything. The try it at home option was incredible in my head I picked 2 I originally preferred and one obscure or abit away from my normal preference and that was for me my chosen one. Without the try it at home Id have chose differently and not been as happy. Thank you guys for your business.

Personally, I’d have much preferred to go In store and purchase in person…but I got impatient and wanted what I saw straight away😂 so what I got was one of the most pleasant services i think I ever received. I ordered a ring sizer first, that came pretty much next day, with a little thank you card, signed too. A nice touch. I then ordered the ring I wanted, and again, fast dispatch. Very happy with my ring, it’s better than I expected, but what makes it a nice purchase, is the signed thank you card from Alan and Clare. That little effort makes a huge difference. I’ll be sure to buy from you guys again.
