Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service
This was by far the worst moving service I have ever experienced—and I’ve relocated across more than 10 countries.
When my belongings arrived at the destination, the van was not covered. With 35°C heat, several items were damaged due to exposure.
The van arrived 5 hours late, and the workers showed up an hour after that. We were left waiting unnecessarily to begin unloading.
Several expensive items were broken during the move. I had personally packed 35 boxes, including fragile glass items, none of which were damaged. The damage clearly occurred during the unpacking process by the workers.
The movers used box cutters recklessly, damaging multiple items including my sofa, furniture, and valuable trunks. It was evident they had no regard for careful handling or unboxing.
They also threw away essential parts of my furniture, such as the legs of my bed, forcing me to replace the entire piece since replacement parts are not sold separately.
Despite prior agreement that they would unpack and remove all packaging, they left 115 boxes outside the flat. I had to argue for over two hours—until nearly midnight—and eventually pay extra just to have them removed.
The overall experience was chaotic, careless, and deeply frustrating. The company has refused to take responsibility or compensate for any of the damaged or lost items.
Avoid this company at all costs—they take your money and show zero accountability or effort to resolve issues.
