Hopeless! First of all there isn't a local office as advertised on their Website, which was the whole reason we went with them in the first place! We have now had 2 appointments cancelled by them, which has delayed our process by months. You can not get through to them, you have to constantly leave messages and then wait for them to call back, or not call back as the case may be. I'm now at the point of not wanting to use them at all, but will need to pay all over again to start the process with another company and then the obvious time delay with starting all over again. This is extremely frustrating and so far has been a total waste of our time, money and patience.

Wish I'd done mediation earlier and saved money on solicitors. Found the mediator Charlotte to be helpful and she explained things I didn't understand. Everything is now sorted and I can move on with my life.

Chloe our mediator was very fair, courteous and informative. Did not have the impression that she was biased one way or the other and I feel she genuinely wanted to sort the situation out as quickly and painlessly as possible
I found the portal for uploading documents for Financial review a bit cumbersome at times and this contributed to a delay in our case
Out case did take a long time to resolve , but this was partly down to us taking a long time to respond.
One of the cheaper mediation options , always clear what payments were due and how benefits would affect the cost. Which was very helpful when we both had limited resources available.

I don’t think the service is useful. First of all I’ve had the impression that the mediator doesn’t keep on track about the previous meetings and we were talking about the same things over and over again. She even wrote the final proposal letter with some of the key points missing. In addition solicitors had no interest of using the document from the mediation and decided to draw their own. So I don’t understand what’s the point of the mediation at all.
Took a very long time to arrange a meeting, around 4/5 months to get a meeting with the other side. Once the meeting starting the mediator has trouble controlling the other side and then seemed to side with her even though it’s made up with no evidence.
