No broker, a platform in india dealing mainly with connecting clients to owners for property rentals or sales . Also a platform that allows open racism and bias , hatred towards religions especially muslim . You can be a well known reputed and a multi millionaire. But if you are muslim , you are targetted even on this so called 'un biased' website by owners who have got permission to insult based on religion even when your religion practices cleanliness and hygiene better than the owners. Sad truth of India as a whole , they worship the Gulf and get their trade and oil from there but go dumb and blind when they face their own muslims . Shame !!

Over all experience was good and relationship manager Ms Shreya was helpful and available all the time to find out the property.

Scam!!

No broker is big scam and fraud organisation its been 1 months been following up my refund request post 60 days of unsuccessful subscription completion . Agreed and confirmed to refund amount but calls not been answered no feedback , finance team doesnt accept verified account detail shared such as cancelled cheque , bank verification letter , mobile app screenshots , manual details shared as well. No clarification past 2 week about what documents request requested to share sample as well no reply , RM is useless and other teams as well .. i urge all of you please beware of such fraud and not trust this people..

Had a wonderful experience with no broker. Mohammad Javed has helped me in finding a good flat and also helped in finalising the deal.

SCAM ALERT!!
NoBroker AC service is a scam, specifically the gas filling service. The partner who came has damaged my AC completely & he didn't put any gas apparently. I have been chasing customer support for more than 10 days now they have been telling partner will visit but nobody ever visited. They have stopped responding to emails as well & when you call their customer support they simply put your call on hold & then they will never respond.
Escalation ID: HS-22339053 (you can't deny & say you are committed & whatever)

The executive vikash went us thru many options and we chose one of them . He was there through out the process. The only betterment that could be done here is sharing the exact location on no broker app of the property and communication with owner for the visit schedule as i could not visit some of my shortlisted properties due to owner not responding

These two guys came for AC installation 45 mins late and took 4 hours to install my AC !!! Very very poor service even after 4 hrs !! Never using this fkn app again!! Complete novices not real technicians.

Do not go blindly with NoBroker Interiors. These guys use classic switch and bait tactics with initial low quotes much lower than the market rate, for paying your hard earned money as initial booking amount then significantly increase the quotation later in the process by around 40%. Now we are facing difficulties getting a refund of our initial booking amount, forcing us to either pay the higher price or lose the booking amount.

We have escalated the mater to their escalation department but without speaking to us they have told the increase is genuine either pay the total renewed price or forget the booking amount. A total lack of transparency in how price increases are explained or calculated.

We are in total distress whom should we approach to get our money. As no one from no broker higher management are bothered to ask our concerns. With our bad experience, We have advised to all our fellow flat owners (around 200) in our new project not to get done their interiors with No Broker by sharing our story.

Worst Ever Service. Terrible experience. They deactivate your property, change the contact number, and alter the location so you stop receiving leads—effectively pushing you to purchase a plan. Only after subscribing do the leads resume. Extremely disappointing service.

Absolute nightmare experience with NoBroker NRI Service. They agreed on a work quotation for Home Maintenance, promised a timeline, and insisted on full payment in advance. Once the money was transferred, the work was left half-finished and abandoned.

The "dedicated" Service Managers and their property management team are useless. Before the payment was made, they were extremely "sugar-coated," calling constantly and making tall promises about property maintenance and tenant move-in readiness.

The moment they agreed on the quotation and took the full amount in advance, everything changed. The work was left half-finished, the apartment is in a mess, and now the entire team has ghosted me. They do not respond to emails, and my calls go unanswered.

I am uploading some of the images after painting and deep cleaning for reference. It has been a complete waste of time and money. If you are an NRI, do not trust them with your property—they are quick to take your money but offer zero accountability or service in return.

Total Scam. Avoid at all costs.

This is fake company, they are scripted in their work process. They are scammers. Please don't work with this company. They are fraud.

no broker aap frouad aap because they are after recharge they won't support and after giving dummy properties contacts .
and they concentrate only recharge after recharge our recharge money goes to tirupati hundi.so plz plz I request to all indian citezens don't go through nobroker for serching properties in Bangalore or any other indian cities

I have written a previous review about this company where I explained how they took our money and did not provide service. After the review, they 'provided service', after a fashion - never getting in touch at a decent time but calling in the middle of the night several times. Finally, they said that they could not find a house in the area that we needed and that they would refund our money ON THE CONDITION THAT WE RETRACTED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW AND GAVE THEM A POSITIVE ONE INSTEAD. On March 24th 2026, Mahammad Basheer called and said this by phone, sent the requisite link to make the change and followed up with an email requesting that we 'do the needful as discussed'. I wonder how many of their positive reviews are bought in this way. Anyway, we decided that we would put this information in a new review as a warning to others who are considering this company. The money we spent, over Rs. 10,000, we consider as given away in the interest of public awareness.

This is 6th time escalation from my side in past 6months. No update on refund or clarity. This is my last escalation at this platform. If my refund is not initiated immediatly, i will go legally.
I have paid advance amount for a rented flat in october to Nobroker. But owner rent to other tenent before me. Nobroker team promised for refund.

I finalized a home within 4 days of taking the subscription from NoBroker. RM assigned to me (Mohan Palempalli) was very helpful and assisted in my home search. Really happy with how it turned out. Will definitely recommend NoBroker to everyone.
