NORTH WEST POWDER COATING (Chorley) I’ve had X4 Alloy wheels refurbed here and one of them has been dropped from a height, right opposite where they hang them (through the valve hole) anyway they said they would repair it even though it was severely buckled, Charged me again but I just want my Wheel back, this is the kick in the stomach The wheel is still buckled and I can’t find another one like it. Took my money & don’t want to know.

I still have the video of the wheel on the balancer looking even worse than before plus I sent you a recorded delivery telling you and did you get in touch with me ? No that’s how much you give a dam. Also I’ll give you a clue what trust pilot is about, it’s to let others know about crap service and company’s who take money and don’t give a toss after......and yes I’m still angry about it all

Thank you for the Review. We are upset you feel this way as we did everything we could to fix the wheel you said we had damaged. You even agreed to Pay 1/2 of the cost as we did not agree this was our fault. We sent the wheel away to be fixed and re powder coated this for you. You never once said you wasn't happy with it. To which we then find this review... but looking at your other reviews you are just about to cause trouble for a few other companies. I hope this sought you comfort.
