No order received after the date they advised delivery was to be by, I went to check order status to see when I will receive. When checking, the order said cancelled.
I have received no notification of cancellation and no receipt for refund. Very poor customer service and definitely will not be using again and advising friends and family to avoid at all costs!!
First time I've used Notino uk, a Bit worried if the perpume I ordered for my wife would arrive in time for Christmas, very well packed, was kept informed regarding delivery from DPD, would use again 🎄👍
Probably could say that I have worst experience in my life with this company I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife three weeks before Christmas and the order was cancelled on 22nd of December absolutely ruin my Christmas orders have been cancelled without any email or text message to inform me. Very bad company.

I ordered Christmas gifts from Notino on the 26th November and thought that it was plenty of time for these gifts to be delivered by Christmas. They were being delivered by Parceforce , I still haven't received the parcel yet . I won't use parceforce again to deliver any items I purchase from Notino.

Depressingly awful. Order one item 23 days ago still not arrived. Sent 4 emails to customer services did not get a reply to any. Asked for a full refund nothing

heard nothing for 10 days! Then said paym,ent hadn't gone through which is rubbish as plenty of funds!Now need to get 2 Christmas gifts last minute
Ordered a gift for my wife 2 weeks before Christmas, that said would be delivered within a couple of days. 10 days later messaged them asking on the status of the order as it still hadn't arrived... with no reply. Just checked today, 3 days before Christmas and it has been cancelled. They did not inform me of this or reply to my email.... Will not be using again!
Brilliant company, ordered perfume on the 16/12/20 and it was delivered on the 20/12/20. Fantastic price and kept me informed on the process of the order. Would definitely order from them again.
Very poor communication company, I believe selling products they can’t supply, after 10 days they tell me gift packing not available then when I chase dispatch suddenly get and email saying payment made at point of order failed ( my card suppler says nothing claimed) I’ve asked notino for proof of fail which they haven't supplied strongly believe they are advertising products they can’t supply now going to have try and get late present somewhere else. Please not use if it’s important or for present for someone you will be disappointed

Cheapest place to buy Parfums de marly and Bond No.9, Notino dispatched my items quickly only downside was parcel force took over a week to deliver my order.
Ordered some perfume over two weeks ago they have taken the money but no delivery.Have sent numerous emails chasing order but haven’t received a reply now have received an update saying my order is cancelled. This company is utterly shocking do not use!
