I’ve used Notino.pt several times for make up and hair products that I’ve previously bought from store retailers eg Bourjois, Maybelline, L’Oréal, Wella Excellent products which are packed securely in an identified Notino box
Delivery has been made by Seur and MRW. Usually receive around 4 days after ordering and delivery company keep you constantly updated on delivery progress, then phone you shortly before actual delivery. I use cash on delivery (for a small fee of €2).
Would recommend.
Authenticy of Dermalogica products
I received my Dermalogica products and noticed that on the packaging and branding there was no trademark sign as on my previous Dermalogica products that I bought from a Dermalogica shop.I doubted that it infact is authentic and checked the Dermalogica site and it mentioned that Notino is not a registered distributor.I have emailed and not yet received a response.Its been around 4 days.The products were not cheap and if they are not authentic I would be happy to send them back and receive a refund.I would like the reassurance that these are authentic products and that I am not supporting a dishonest distributor.

I would like to firstly give zero stars as the correspondence from the customer support is pathetic and fully automated, there are no tracking numbers and when ever asked for the status of my refund, they never give me a clear answer.
Absolutely will never order from this site again.
Very reliable company
Very reliable company. Best prices, fast delivery. Whenever i need to buy cosmetic products - that's my go to place. Had to contact customer service once when the transporter lost my package, everything was resolved very fast an i received the refund.
Great selection & good prices
I have used Notino, in Denmark and latest in Portugal. I really love the their site it is easy to use and many products have good price in comparison with the physical stores. And they have a lot of different products.

I like to buy at Notino. The only thing I do not like is that there is never an amount of purchase where you do not pay shipping costs. For instance: if your purchase is 30€ or more you get free delivery, like this is already the case at many other online webshops!!

I'm based in Lisbon, PT. Shipping is always on time and under a week. Their prices are amazing. I never had a problem with any of my products ordered and they come very carefully packaged.
