Fantastic quick response

Fantastic quick response to when i had to contact you about changing the colour as i found out my grandson already had the colour i ordered, you answered in just a couple minutes on your live chat option and the new colour arrived very quickly and quality was super!

Teenager is happy

Purchased items for my teenage son. NWD Gear is one of his favourite brands, the clothing is of great quality and looks great on him. Website is very easy to order from & have always had my orders delivered quickly.

Fantastic brand

Every item of NWD Gear clothing that we have received has been such high quality. All the clothes we have bought both feel good and look good. Delivery is always quick and on time so can’t fault at all.

Quality is key

This brand is very good at making sure that quality is key, I've ordered twice now, once for my husband and just this time for my son and they both say that the items fit nicely and feel great on them, they also do look great when there wearing. Will defo be buying again!

Excellent customer support team

Excellent customer support team as my order was "lost" by evri, and NWD Gear were very quick with sending out a replacement order for me which I received within 2 days after they sent it out. This all happend around the black Friday season so it's good to see that the brand has a quick customer service even in busy seasons.

Very smart brand

Very smart brand. Ordered a tracksuit (black) for my son and he loves it, looks very smart and is great value for the price, material that's used for the jacket is really nice as well, delivery was on point and delivered on time and customer service were so polite when I contacted to ask about a delivery update email I received from NWD Gear.

Overall experience was great

Got a t shirt using my 10% off code so was very nice to know I got a bit of the total taken off, delivery was as it said it was going to be and the t shirt came exactly how it looked like on the photos from the website so overall experience was great.

Speed of delivery was on time

Speed of delivery was on time, as I ordered with next day delivery it came on time. The clothing feels premium unlike other brands which just feel very polyester. Will be buying again as the t shirts fit nicely on me.

Really fast delivery

Really fast delivery, I also added the wrong delivery address to the order but customer care sorted it out very soon after I contacted them before my order was dispatched. Clothing is great quality and my order made it to my home in great condition.

My son loves the clothes from NWD Gear

My son loves the clothes from NWD Gear, had to return one tracksuit as I ordered the wrong size by accident but customer service were great and quick to respond and I received my refund very soon after I returned the tracksuit.

Son will be very happy

Ordered because my son has wanted a tracksuit from NWD Gear for a while, so decided to order a tracksuit for his birthday. Ordered today and was shipped out within a couple of hours. Was easy to order and tracking says it will arrive tomorrow. Very happy!
