Oakley and Norman were due to do a complete bathroom refit for my mum & dad who were both in their 80s & vulnerable. They were so accommodating in finding the best bathroom layout & equipment to make life easier for my parents, nothing was to much trouble and they put us in touch with Sean,a fitter they use who was again,very sensitive to my parents needs and promised to leave them with running water and a working toilet at the end of each day. Very sadly my dad passed away a couple of weeks before work was due to start & my mum wasn't up to having all the upheaval that comes with a new bathroom so we had to cancel the Job. They were so understanding,gave us a full refund on the deposit we'd paid & their condolences on the sad news. Ben & his team are great & maybe we will get to use their services one day.

There are a lot of bathrooms supply stores around and often they supply the same or similar brands, but what sets them apart is the customer service. Ben Oakley and Andy Norman have consistently gone above and beyond our expectations in terms of patience, creativity and a willingness to do whatever it takes to give us a positive outcome. We are now on our third bathroom with them and their attitude has remained consistently supportive, professional and patient - despite us changing components and designs. They also work with some first class fitters who share their customer first attitude and have produced outstanding installations. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Over the past three years we have had three separate bathroom projects, a full bathroom, a cloakroom and most recently an en-suite, designed and fitted via Oakley and Norman. Ben Oakley has been responsible for the design and supply while Dan, the fitter on each occasion working alongside Oakley & Norman, is one of the best tradespeople/craftsmen we have encountered over many years.

All the work on each of the projects has been completed with a high level of professionalism at acceptable prices and we would recommend Oakley & Norman unreservedly for anyone considering quality bathroom and related projects.
