ood experience while a customer, only gripe is that when I left, my credit balance was not transferred back to me automatically... You have my bank details, you know I've left. The refund section on the app wasn't working so i had to send an email. It's unnecessary friction that feels intentional.

I just had smart meters installed - online booking great and was able to get a slot just two weeks out.

Rafael from Sureserve did the meter change out, extremely pleasant engineer and super efficient. He conducted a safety check post meter installation, explained how the in-home display worked and that was it. Great job.

Octopus are a delight. Every call handler is unbelievable. I have no idea if they are the cheapest on the market I simply picked them because of their customer service. Having used all the other major suppliers in the last 20 years I can without a doubt say you won’t beat octopus on dealing with an issue! 10/10 recommend!

Agent did not read my query about off peak tariffs, asking for them.

Supposedly a new customer, sent two emails and two follow up’s, no response despite time critical.

They provide excellent customer service who go above and beyond to help. I reached out via email which was very easy to do, Chole was super quick to respond and was extremely helpful in sorting out my query and getting me the help I needed. Would recommend them one hundred percent.

Despite having kids in the background, she found and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes, put in a further fix to make sure it couldn't happen again and kept a bright, wonderful demeanor all throughout

I rang as I had a query with my electricity usage. I spoke to Aimee who was extremely helpful. Rather than just fob me off, Aimee spent time suggesting things I could do to work out why my usage has increased so much. When I asked her about prices in the future etc she was honest and very knowledgable. Great customer service - thank you Aimee.
