Alex was super helpful

Switching over was made so easy and painless Due to Alex who took my call today. She was so helpful and energetic a good ambassador for the company. Explained everything clearly and gave solid answers to my questions.

Ogi - Fantastic service

Fantastic service from the instal team at OGI!! The commutation giving us updates on our install including the texts on the day letting us know when they were arriving was great, we could prepare in good time for their arrival. Simon, Ash and Jac looked at our house and discussed with us the best place to site the equipment, explaining everything as they went along. They took care of our property during the install and talked us through the set up. Fantastic. And to cap it all very fast internet at a reasonable price!!

Great service

Got a Black Friday deal through the post but with BT till March. Rang up and Christian explained they could help with the contract etc and explained simply what to do next. Then called Paige Moreland who was fantastic to deal with, couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgable, sorted out all the options explained everything clearly and helped me confirm my choice in swapping to Ogi.
Can’t comment on actual product until it’s installed but service has been great.

New Ogi customer …

Kyle and Will fitted new Broadband this morning. Arrived exactly on time with fast , efficient and polite service throughout. Very good job guys. Ran an independent speed test and saying x3 times faster my old provider, so happy so far

Five Star Sales Consultant Paige Moreland

Sales Consultant Paige Moreland gave us a five star service from start to finish. She also gave us a direct contact to her self incase we encountered any problems which we didn't, she coordanated the package and sorted a suitable date for installation which went seemlessly.
The installation team were also great installed every thing exactly where we wanted it inside and out,
Left after testing and explaining how it all worked leaving fully working with expected fast speed.

What a total shower of S… Shambles Stay Away!

What a total shower of S… when you have an issue. We have had ongoing issues from the start.

I cannot believe they have an any good reviews. Personally I think these are not genuine or they have had negative reviews deleted.

I’m going to have to cancel direct debit whilst in contract and wait for legal proceedings as it’s the only way you’ll get to speak to someone

I’d rather pay double the amount with another company than give these cowboys another penny!

WOW! Where do I start?

Installation was fairly quick and the engineer was lovely and very informative. He ran me through the app to see my internet statistics etc which was really helpful. Now it’s set up I can’t praise Ogi enough. The ping is insanely low, download and upload speeds are exceptionally fast and it doesn’t lag even when 8+ devices are all using the internet actively. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Possibly the worst I have dealt with

Possibly the worst I have dealt with, got my order wrong from the beginning resulting in losing my landline number after decades. The voice offering has never worked because of some random, incorrect credit limit.
Speed was good, but has dropped significantly.
I actually recontracted this year because there is no other full fibre provider here, and upgraded at the same time and was assured that the voice issue would be addressed.
That was August, no upgrade and no voice.
Customer service hours are unhelpful, though a bit better than they were initially.
I will absolutely not be continuing the service once the current term is up.

Honestly speed for price is good but dropouts are a big issue

Honestly speed for price is good . My issue is at least once a week normally more the whole Internet drops out goes red on all eero devices. Absolutely useless caused so much work and progress to be lost on different occasions.
Gone to customer services given all the usual rubbish (steps) IT DOESNT FIX IT

,sent emails on multiple drop outs but nothing done to fix it and nothing done to compensate the MONTHS of this nonsense

Worst customer service ever!

Booked this company for wifi nearly 1 month ago but when they turned up they said they did not have lines to my property despite being told they did!
Fast forward a month and nobody has bothered to get in touch with me.
Emailed a complaint a week ago and nobody bothered to reply.
Worse company I have dealt with.

OGI OGI OGI!

I am joining OGI on the recommendation of my neighbour and so far I am very pleased. I spoke to Alex Lock in Cardiff today on the phone and found her very efficient, very pleasant and it was very refreshing to be able to talk to somebody quickly without waiting for ages on hold. So I am impressed so far - the speed and cost of my deal are way better than competitors.

Dave and his partner did a fantastic job

Dave and his partner whose name just gone out of my head, did a great job fitting my broadband this morning. Friendly guys who worked fast and left no mess. Made sure all was working as it should before they left. Cheers guys.
