This product has ruined my hair.
Bald patches, hair loss, itchy sore scalp.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
Total rip off.

They send me spilth bottle of shampoo and i send back their items just want to refund they send to me replacement and they just send me conditioner! And i wrote them again this time they said that to give my money back instead of pay they get extra 45£again. This is ridicules and i do not have time, i am still trying to contact and that is no helpful for me. it has been 1 week ! i do not recommend this company !

I started using olaplex and initially I thought it was good. However I have had an eczema like rash on my neck. Also my scalp itches and I have noticed every time I wash my hair it gets worse. Despite having quite a lot of this expensive product I will have to stop using it.

I would not recommend Olaplex to anyone, I started using No 4 & 5, 1st two washes were great however post that I started loosing my hair wash after wash. I never had hairfall in my life ever.

What a scammy company - I ordered what a thought what I thought were two 4d dry shampoos at £15.00 each - total £30.00.

What I received from them was two travel size bottles of 50ml each. Considering a normal 250ml bottle roughly retails between £20 to 25.00 I felt a little scammed.

Not a trust worthy company.

I used a free sample of Opalex No 4 shampoo. It is supposed to enhance blonde hair. After one use it turned my beautifully highlighted hair dirty brown. I just hope it washes out otherwise an expensive trip to the salon will be needed.

Badly burned my eye and forehead! I use the normal products which are great but used the purple shampoo the night before last. I woke up the next morning with swollen eyes and red burns on forehead and eyelids. I have emailed Olaplex who have not responded to me. I have taken phots of my burns and will take this further if they keep ignoring me.

I love OlaPlex products. I usually order their products from sites like Sephora or Ulta. I decided to order direct from the company because I got an offer for signing up for emails/texts and spending a certain amount on their site. I also ordered a set that came with the same freebie, so I should have received 2. When I received my order, one freebie was missing. I contacted customer service. Angelique R. was rude and unhelpful. Despite trying to show her my order confirmation which showed 2 of the items, she insisted the order only included 1 and refused to help any further. I said I was considering returning the entire order over her unwillingness to help over a $5 item... and she linked me to the returns page. Clearly the company doesn't care about customer satisfaction or providing what they promise, and would rather lose a customer than fulfill their offer. I'm reconsidering using any of their items in the future once I finish what I already have that's partially used.

I expected better from a company that has so many great products, and I'm very disappointed.

Purchased for the first time as was on offer at a great price. Thought this stuff was suppose to be amazing for damaged hair.
First time using it my hair did feel nice however subsequent use has left my hair in a terrible weak and brittle state, it has never been as poor as it is now. Total waste of money!!!

I ordered a hair repair set just before Christmas but one of my items arrived damaged. I contacted olaplex customer service team. They were great resolved the situation really quickly! Will definitely be shopping here again!

As for the products, they have left my hair feeling great! Really soft, I am really happy with the results so far

Terrible customer service. I bought a bundle which was on offer, took the payment and next day refunded me saying that my postcode didn't match my card details (which is fair). But obviously when I tried to re purchase the products the offer ended and it was twice the price. I contacted them and clearly they have an automated response with not help at all

I have used Olaplex 3,4,5 four times over 10 weeks alternating with other shampoos. Every time I use Olaplex I get loads more hair in shower and when brushing out after more hair drops. I’m not using this anymore my hair is thin enough. Positive is my hair feels very soft and frizz free but cannot afford this much loss

Awful! I ordered a Christmas present on the 13th of December, 3 weeks ago! Still haven’t received the parcel. They said they sent another one and I still haven’t received it!

Do not recommend, the service was horrible. They promise 1-4 working day delivery and it’s been over a week since i ordered. Still no updates or responses to any of my enquiries.

Products are great . Customer service is terrible which is a shame placed about 8 orders with them consistently, had an issue emailed no response , tried to chat waited 1 hr and still didn’t get a response . It’s a shame loved their product but have now decided to start looking elsewhere . Anyone have recommendations?

Ordered a gift set for Christmas. Evri delivered the box soaking wet with a rip in- could see one of the products had leaked everywhere. I refused the parcel. I emailed Olaplex and asked for a replacement to be sent out as it was a Christmas present. They repackaged the same items…. Including the one that had leaked everywhere with a third of the product gone- this time sent in a grey plastic bag…
Received the items, complained and asked for a replacement of the product that was missing the contents as it is a Christmas present and well, as this loss is through no fault of my own. Terrible company. Won’t ever be ordering from them again. No email back from them since 14th December.
Do yourself a favour and order K17 or Philip Kingsley extreme elasticiser.

Don’t recommend ordering from them. They promise 1-4 workday delivery- when a package gets lost they do not inform you. Was waiting for 8 work days and status of delivery wasn’t updated for a week. Had to contact them 3 times via different ways before they informed me of the situation and when I asked them to deliver in express so it could arrive for christmas they didn’t do so. They do not take responsibility and do not provide proper customer service.

Waited nearly a month and still no delivery. Been lied to multiple times by this company. Absolutely awful service. Still no sign of order being posted.

Avoid at all costs

they cancelled my order due to no stock multiple days after purchasing and tell me to wait 10 days to receive a refund, would not recommend using
