I paid 130 pounds for an order witch i made one week ago and since then i know nothing about it.This site is a scam for sure

I had to give it one star in order to register. Their customer service is diabolical. My order, placed on 20th March has still not arrived. They took payment the next day. My order was supposed to be on its way on 29th March but when I used the tracking number they provided the result was "not found". All attempts to contact them, including a cancellation and request for refund, have failed to achieve a satisfactory response. I will never use them again!

I feel totally ripped off by this company I bought a punch bag for my grandsons birthday which he loves but it’s really poor quality and so over priced I don’t know how long it will last with being punched about all the time, I was sent the wrong design for a start I I ordered as I thought the company was based in Manchester but following the parcel tracking the parcel had landed at Heathrow airport flying in from China I guess I paid £40.50 for it it should have been £45.99 but now I am seeing on buy .com selling the exact same thing for £8.29 also places like eBay and Amazon I have tried to email them and they just ignore them so just shop about people and don’t let this firm rip you off like they have me I will never look at there site again

Even less than one star so far.
If my order will be not dispatched today 1/4/22 I'll report it as a scam website.

EDIT: Still no contact with them, reported, money claimed from my bank.

Absolutely incredible bad customer service. Received my treadmill half broken. After trying to reach them dozens of times via phone and same amount of emails no answer. I am disappointed and still expecting full refund which is not going to happen I guess... worse company ever

I just received my gym 3 days after buying it after midnight so 2 days really! which was very quick considering I bought the big heavy one, I was expecting 7 days roughly and after seeing people on here saying they come from China, it’s bs, this came from uk in a well packaged box, I bought a gym from very a few months back and waited 9 days and the same roughly with Argos so I’ll definitely use oncros again, just make sure your items in the warehouse which it says when you look at the item, if not then you’ll prob have to wait for it to restock, thanks oncros

Problem with treadmill don’t answer emails ! Chat line or telephone will now be taking legal action

Received damaged treadmill. No response from 'customer services'. I have sent multiple emails with pictures included. Very stressful. Would never recommend.

Poor company run by Yihang Wang. Received delivered smashed treadmill. I have sent endless emails and calls to Oncros and online chat useless. I await a response before I contact BBC and press. I want collection and refund ASAP.

I received a treadmill that was much smaller than advertised. It was also a bit lower quality than I had anticipated, not particularly matching the advertised images either. I had only opted for this version due to the advertised ‘extra wide running surface’, so I hoped to just exchange it for a different model. Which I would imagine would be desirable to them over a refund.

The only way to start a refund/exchange is to email their support team. Their customer service is non existent. I had to email 4 times and attempt a live chat before getting a response, which didn’t answer my query. Now they have just stopped responding entirely. I would not recommend this company for anything that you are on the fence about quality wise, because you will be stuck with it.

Want to return an item. You have to email the scammers. 4 days on and still no reply to the email. So if you’re not 100% sure that you’re going to keep item, don’t buy from here as they don’t want to help your return it

Update - this scam company have now not responded to my request for a return in 18 days. That’s £170 of my money they have. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. DONT ANSWER PHONE, CHAT, EMAILS OR SOCIAL MEDIA

FINAL UPDATE - Eventually got through to a woman last week. 7 times she hung up on me while I was trying to give her my contact details. Eventually she took them and assured me someone would be in touch to organise a return. Safe to say nobody did. Now in the hands of trading standards after 24 days of trying to arrange a return.

Bought a treadmill and delivery was fast. After having the treadmill for 3 weeks the speed button is no longer working. Oncros were quick to reply and ask me to send a video which I did and have since heard nothing. Tried live chat and no response.

I had the treadmill a total of two weeks and used it around 8 or 9 times and problems had started to arise, now the motor is not turning the belt and it is coming up with some sort of e2 error on the dashboard. To top it off oncros we’re quick to reply at first but have stopped emailing me back once I provided video evidence, please just avoid this company

Bought weight dumbbell for £80 3 weeks ago. The tracking provided by Oncros does not work and I still haven't received the item. Emailed Oncros more than a week but still no response from the support team. I've messaged them again this morning. If they don't respond then I will be contacting the bank to charge back.
This website is a scam. I will not buy again

Good buy, fits well

Ordered a pair of Ski gloves with next day delivery as I was due to go snowboarding in 2 weeks.
After a week of no gloves I started trying to contact Oncros, I tried email, phone call and their onsite contact form.
After another week went by (2 weeks after purchase with next day delivery) I get an email saying my product is out of stock.
Useless company with terrible customer service.

Avoid this company!! I ordered a treadmill and it arrived three weeks later and is covered in a black sand/grit material so is unusable. They won’t reply to my refund request. £200 wasted.

Avoid this company. I purchased a treadmill from Oncros, firstly had no reciept of purchase, Secondly the customer services is the worst I've come across and lastly the product is a death trap every time I'm running on the belt I hear a metal rattling internally tried to tighten bolts with alan key provided and doesnt even fit.

Really disappointed, treadmill received for daughters birthday but parts missing and safety arm cracked. Emailed them and sent photos they then asked for a copy of diagram with missing parts circled. That was 10 days ago and now no response....I've contacted via messenger and daily by email but still nothing. I've rang contact number on website but its a mobile and no answer!!!! Paid £200 for something we can't use.....disgusting.

I had very bad experience with this company. I ordered ski set, jacket and trousers for my 10 years old son. The delivery came from China after 3,5 weeks in tiny bad condition box by Hermes and damage jacket in dirty used plastic bag. Is look like used and very bad quality. No trousers included. I complained and called few time customer service for my return label, I didn’t have respond yet. Hopefully I will get my money back.
