I ordered something from their store that has not yet been shipped. I have been waiting for two weeks now and have written several emails to which I have not yet received a reply.

I want to cancel my order and get my money back, I no longer want the items from this site.

I still haven't received my money back

Scam !!! I ordered a package 2 weeks ago Zero responds to the emails , contact number don't exist . Propadly gonna wait couple more days and I'm gonna do some legal actions .

I give them one star because I can't give zero :). I placed the order on March 26, and the shipment was being prepared from March 28. They don't respond to my emails. Maybe you'll at least give me my money back, you scammers?

What is this? I bought something on the 14/03/24, and now on 29/03/24 the item did not ship. I tried to contact them, but it seems they can't send an email back. I paid with paypal so I will try and get my money back. Let's hope they see this review and contact me back or try to help me. I give them till somewhere next week and then get my money back with paypal.

I left a very Bad review, because i thought this website was a scam.
Apperntly, After over one month of waiting, they send out the item i ordered. It still needs to arrive her in Order for me to be sure that it wasnt just another Massage to keep me on the line..
Overall experience was still very bad, they have no real Customer service and it is very hard to get in contact with them.
I dont care when there is a Problem and it takes longer then expected, but i want to be informed about the Status of my Order. Like i said, no Information for a whole month regarding my Order.
I Hope for a better service in the Future, otherwise i think they will easily get outperformed by other companies.
Ps: dont Go for the lowest Price, rather pay a Little more somewhere Else and be sure your item gets to you on time, without any issues.
I think as i read the other reviews, i certainly was Not the only one with that experience!

Waiting for weeks for my order, website states 3 workdays delivery. Made direct payment and
no response from customer service after several emails..
Will start legal actions after 1 more week..

Edit: After official email asking for a refund reaction was fast and the money was refunded.

Mars Hydro led light - order DTOHRLXAL

2 weeks ago I've ordered a new led light through online top garden,
I reveiced a confirmation with order number DTOHRLXAL and an email stating i should receive an email with a tracking code from Mars Hydro directly, within a couple of days and the delivery shouldn't be expected later the 1 week. As of now i still didn't receive anything, I've tried to contact the customer support via mail but never received a reply....
Also there contact numbers 0031827604334 and 0031307603910 are no longer in use.

I've now contacted Mars Hydro directly in the hopes they can help me out,

I noticed Online Top Garden has really poor reviews on Trustpilot, and i feel like an idiot for not checking some reviews beforehand but.

I've now contact the ACM in the Netherlands to help me get my money back.

There should be zero stars for this SOB. I cannot believe this website continues to sell fake merchandise.
No address, no phone number and the email is just for wasting your time.
This is a straight up 100% scam! Avoid this site at all costs. If you're in the Netherlands google ACM consumer services and download a template to help get your money back from this fraudster

Vey poor and slow service.

Still waiting on an order where all items where in stock but later a message that not all products are there. So the website is not trustworthy and after 14 days no person contacted me after several requests. Via whatsapp or email no answers at all. 126.75euro is lost i am afraid. Company have become a scam website! Do not buy.

Edit: cancled the order after an european complaint the day after the complaint the send the money back to my account

What a horrible experience with this company. I ordered several products, when my order arrived it was incomplete. I am trying reach the customerservice to find out what is going on, but no response (although they promise to get back to customers within 1 businessday). Currently I still have no idea what happened to my missing items worth 75 euros. I wrote about a refund but no reply…. I recommend to buy your products elsewhere! Mike

Company short shipped me a product. I raised a complaint. Their website tells me they will get back me within one working day!

2 working days have passed now. No answer on whatsapp after asking twice. No answer by mail after sending it twice. Useless to order here. Get the goods elsewhere.

07-11-2023 I placed an order at Online top garden for :
Secret Jardin Hydro Shoot 40 R2.00 40x40x120 cm.
9-11-2023 i got an email from them saying the order was received and they were working on it.
15-11-2023 i still did not receive the item or any messages from them. So i send them an email that i wanted to cancel the order since it has not been shipped yet. I got an automated response saying its a bit busy but i will be contacted within 2 business days.
I did not receive any emails from them since. I have sent 4 more emails and tried contacted them via whats app but i do not get any response except the automated response.

My order didn't arrive for a week, but when I wrote an e-mail for them, they sent it immediately and it arrived next day, so after all I am satisfied with them.

I didnot get my refund, which was promissed.
