I ordered on June 5th, nothing received. I contacted them on June 13, some WhatsApp robot saying will send out your order the day after. On June 20 still did not receive anything. The article still shows on stock, so there is no extended lead time. Cannot call them, only robots answer emails, the phone or in WhatsApp. looked them up on Google - the company appears with 4 different addresses, include a complete different one on their invoice, and KvK has a Spain address. Another one of their addresses listed on their T&Cs is up rent on Funda.... THIS IS A SCAM. Please warn people!!!

Dont order anything here, they say shipping 2 to 3 days. I ordered snd payed more then a week ago I dont have my products and they don't respond NOTHING. I'm so frustrated asked for a refund NOTHING.

Worse Customer "Service" ever
Upon ordering and having an electric equipment fail 1 year after purchase, they try to make me believe that the warranty is only 1 year when EU law defines it is 2 years.
After making me wait a week after I showed them the law, they get back asking to send the broken item to them AND to pay for the return.
Their customer "service" should not be called that. I am taking my case to consumer protection and discourage anyone from doing business with them.
Price changed 3 days after I paid!
They changed the order price 3 days after paying
I paid 179 euro for a product - order completed, waiting to be shipped - and after 3 days they tell me the price has raised 70 euro + shipping costs. They changed the price of a product that was already paid!!!
They say the reason is the increase of materials prices, while this product was 179 in their website for weeks. Apparently their products manufacture costs raise when they rest on the shelves!

The team really helped me a lot. Because I am not quite experienced yet, I needed some help with finding the right products for my needs, but they really helped me out with that. Ordering the products was really easy and the delivery was as expected.

Believe the reviews you are reading online. Maybe they have a great selection of products, which means you are tempted to place an order and ignore all the negative feedback about their customer service. I advise you not to take the risk, I should have known better. Their customer service (if you can call it that) is a nightmare. Wrong products sent. Promises made again and again to correct mistakes. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. NB: after more than four weeks of chasing and finally threatening I have now received the replacement for the incorrectly sent product. They have corrected their mistake but only after I as a client had to follow up, chase and give ultimatums again and again and again…not what I call good customer service.

I strongly DON'T recommend this company. It started with the shipping...aside the fact that I wasn't notified that my shipping was split in two, which resulted in confusion, the biggest supply was delivered in it's original packaging with the description labels all over...no decency whatsoever. It got delivered to the neighbor, which resulted in returning it because the box raised attention with the neighbors. OTG denied me to bring it back to the warehouse and they forced me to pay for the return myself to make it happen. There's no notification about this on their homepage whatsoever.... anyways I paid for it and returned it. After about three weeks I still didn't see any refund on my bank. I contacted the customer support and apparently they just credited the amount, dated with the same day I got in touch with them. I intervened that I asked for a refund already weeks ago and I never agreed to a credit note... with deeply inappropriate and cocky responses and obvious refusal of refunding me, I kept on insisting... they refunded me now the money minus additional shipping, reasoning that the order doesn't fulfill the free shipping limit anymore. Apart from the fact that they messed up my plans with their indecent shipping... If I wouldn't have contacted them they would have just silently kept my money...
Conclusion: A waste of money, energy and nerves.
After this disrespectful experience I ordered at greensell.nl and I couldn't be happier. Their customer support is on top and they gladly help you with anything you want and you need to know.
