i made an order online
i was charged twice
then they started using my credit card .
they were declined as the c c company understood that it is fraud

All of there product is really authentic and good quality ,I try few of them its really work I can see the changes .
i always keep there product in my basket and i would like to recommend as well without any hesitation .

Found company via a Google search for a specific product. So pleased, only placed order a couple of days ago and it's here!

Nice website with a lot of products. I think it’s a small group managing it because I ordered a lot of stuff but I was refunded for two items. They explained that it was not in stock and they weren’t sure when it would be. I got the rest of my order within two days and they gave a free product (a primer) too. I can’t really use it but it’s a nice gift to give to your female friends.

Great site with a lot of variety. They had a problem with the stocks of an item in my order so they sent my order in two parts but I got everything in the end. They were kind and easy to talk to and even gave me a free gift for the delay.

Great to find some of my favourite Inika makeup in stock here at this friendly company, with free postage too. There was a slight delay in delivery - which I hadn't actually noticed - and they had enclosed a lovely free Inika gift - you usually get free sample which is also a nice gesture. I got in touch to check it wasn't a mistake. Very friendly reply and yes it was a gift. You get Royal Mail tracking for your delivery which is useful too.

I placed an order for next day delivery. I received an email of acknowledgment. I chased for proof of shipping. I then received a royal mail tracking number that didn't exist according to the royal mail website. I phoned the number on the website which was no longer available then i phoned a mobile number. A man answered just with "hello" and when i questioned where my order was, he said it had been delivered. I said it hadn't been delivered and i asked for a refund. He said no because it had been delivered and he will take it up with royal mail. I feel stupid for buying from this website and have asked my bank to do a full dispute.

I ordered an item and hadn't received it after 2 weeks, so I replied to the order notification email to ask about it, which bounced. I found a different email address on the website and didn't get a reply to that. 4 days later I messaged them on facebook, I didn't get a reply there either, but I did receive an email notification that I had been refunded for my order due to it being out of stock. The product is still listed 'in stock' on their website. Very suspicious and I wouldn't trust this site.
