Daniel was so Helpful and Professional!
I enquired about joining OriGym in which Daniel got in contact with me. He rang me at a time that suited me. Daniel was brilliant, very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and helped guide me to the best pathway for my end goal. I felt very at ease and he made the process so simple and straightforward. He assured me if I had any other questions not to hesitate to call him. Wow. What can I say , amazing course for an amazing price , not only was the payment plan more than reasonable and affordable , but the customer service agent ( Samantha) was a credit to the company. Not only super friendly and chatty, but you could tell she was honestly interested in the customer and not the " sale". Very bubbly, Very chatty ( in a good way ), I didn't feel like I was being sucked into a sale which unfortunately is all to common on agent calls. Very helpful, informative and gave good strategic advice on how to Excell in my course. I have personally worked in a call center myself in the past , and I can say this is a quality agent you guys have recruited. Never once left an awkward silence and I would highly recommend this agent to be promoted as there is definitely a natural team leader vibe/ energy to her

Really good, I have Learning difficulties being a slow reader so would like more Communication with a tutor but as an all-rounder very good learnt a lot and signed up to do more courses
I am really enjoying the course
I am really enjoying the course. I’ve never been so interested in anything. The modules are informative and the assessments help make sure everything has sank in. The feedback you get from the assessments is very helpful and helps to give you further information to remember. All I would say is that it is a little repetitive with some information when it comes to client consultations
