We had been viewing houses from February 2025, saw our new house in September and moved in on December 19. I met several agents over the weeks, but Osborne Heath stood out way above the rest thanks to the efforts of Elle Harcup (and shout out to Mia back in the office). Highly knowledgeable and professional, she made house buying a pleasure, if that is possible, and took much of the stress out of the situation. Enthusiastic customer service is not usually the norm on this side of the Pond and in this case expectations were surpassed. Well done OH and EH!

As a tenant, I found Osbourne Heath a brilliant agent. Matilda in particular provided an excellent service and really helped the property feel like home. I’d really recommend Osbourne Heath and will likely use them again in the future for any further lets.

He also supported and managed the offer stage well by keeping us fully updated at all times. Our after sale process was managed by Pam, she was also very helpful and understanding and did a great job at keeping us updated. Overall we were very pleased with our experience with Osbourne Heath.

Sophia and the team at Osborne Heath take pride in their work and their good reputation is hard earned.

I had to leave my flat because my landlord was terminally ill and needed to sell. I had real problems and was very worried but the team worked through everything quickly and diligently.

This review isn't an opportunity to rubbish the other estate agents in the area but it's fair to say that the low standards I dealt with at my previous property were in stark contrast to the high standards of Osborne Heath.

If you drive around Ascot you see Osborne Heath boards everywhere. Their predominant status is a result of the high standards they deliver.

I beg you do not waste your time with their well known rival!

Very thankful to the team at Osborne Heath for selling our flat in Weybridge. After several failed development deals and being on the market with a different estate agent we had been dreaming of moving for a very long time.
