Mike was very helpful and in touch prior to moving my stuff into storage. Arrived as arranged. Friendly efficient service. Sadly this fell apart on the second part, when my belongings were needed to be delivered in Somerset, he didn't arrive until 8pm at night. A glass shelf was missing from a cabinet, and has still not been found or replaced. Also some damage to side of leather armchair, which he disputes. He no longer replies to messages or emails to sort the glass shelf. Shame as everything was great to start with.

A huge thanks to Mike and his team for making our move today a smooth and easy process! Absolutely amazing service and grateful for all the hard work! Highly recommend Osborne removals if you’re looking for a removals company! Thanks again from Laurie and James!

We used Osborne Movers for our house move last month and cannot fault their service. Mike and his team were great - communication was ace, they were quick, conscientious and friendly and did a fantastic job. I would 100% book them again in future. We also hired their cleaning team to do our end of tenancy clean on our previous property and they did a first rate job, leaving the whole property spick and span. We are very happy customers and would happily recommend Osborne to others.

Amazing 🤩 my first time moving and Mike and Dean are professionals honestly couldn’t ask for a better company such lovely respectful fellas nothing to difficult and managed to get the biggest mattress up the smallest staircase in a grade 2 listed cottage .. all my furniture was well looked after and the went beyond custom service thank you so much

Mick and Dean were fantastic for our move from Kent to Ipswich. We weren't terribly organised so still had some last minute packing to do but they dealt with it professionally and nothing was too much trouble. Our belongings were treated with care and fragile items given protection where needed.
They also took our awful IKEA bed apart and very kindly put it back together again at the new house which took some time. It was a long day 9-7 with a further 2 hour drive home for them so we are so grateful for their time. Very reasonable price for more than a day's work.

Leading up to the move day Mike was in touch regularly to reassure us that all was well. Mike visited us a few days prior to the move which put our minds at rest. After a 200 mile journey to our bew home they unloaded quickly and without fuss. Professional, friendly and a competitive price. Highly recommended.

Mike & Dean organised a big move from Sidcup to Cheshire and were brilliant. They were both really friendly and did an amazing job.

I would 100% recommend to friends & family. To add, they are also very competitively priced.

We were let down last minute by our moving company. Mike returned my message promptly and was really helpful. He was able to come to our house to view what needed to be moved and provide a quote, which we were more than happy with and beat our last quote as well. On the day, they were very professional, took great care with our stuff and were also very patient given we had to wait a good 3-4 hours to get the keys in the end - but there was no issues at all and everything was unloaded swiftly and without issue on the other side. Couldn't fault Mike or his team at all - highly recommend.

Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic on the day of the move. They were professional and friendly. Mike was understanding of delays to the moving date and was accommodating of my needs throughout, including last minute arrangements on the day to take items to a separate location. Friendly, polite and careful, moved our stuff from Kent to Inverness with no issues. Straightforward and down to earth with quotes and communication. Took a lot of care with packing the van and were respectful of the properties. Would happily recommend.

Osborne movers recently moved my stuff between London and Scotland. They offer a excellent very friendly and efficent service which I would recommend to anyone. They are reasonably priced.

These guys were great! They didn’t stop all day and went above a beyond to get the job done. We couldn’t have moved without them… we would highly recommend!

Really lovely, helpful removal firm. Great communication and, on the day, really efficient and patient. The move ( all the way to the North West of England from the South East), was a long one, but the team were fantastic. Def recommend!
