I am grateful for the excellent customer service provided by the company as they honored their money back guarantee when I realized that the hearing aid they provided did not fit my very small ear canal. Customer service seems to be non existent, have received a product which is nothing like advertised, is just a basic volume based Bte the same as available for considerably cheaper on eBay. Awaiting to see if I get any response as I have requested to return the product.

Funny how ALL reviews on their website are excellent.

I suspect they're receiving returns from unhappy customers and are using odds and sods from them to create incomplete and incorrect orders to send to new customers they're scamming.

If you are unfortunate enough to order, use a credit card. Keep notes of action dates, proof of communication, proof of purchase, and postage receipts to claim off your credit card company.

Ordered Hearing Aids which although they said they had been delivered via tracking never arrived. Cannot get anyone to speak to me or answer E-mails.

Cancelled the order placed 24 hrs later. They took 5 days to respond informing me it was too late. The hearing aids took almighty st 3 weeks to arrive. I paid for the return tracked postage and despite repeated emails from myself they have refused to issue a full refund for close to £190 purchase after more than a month. I believe this company is posing as a UK one however I do not believe it is a genuine UK one. Beware of them

Dreadful products that bear no resemblance to the photographs on their website. Returns policy is a joke. (Royal Mail didn't recognise their returns address - which turned out to be a MailBox shop) Ignored all emails. Phone never answered. Finally got my money back through my credit card vendor and got dispute closed 9 months after my original purchase. These people are complete scammers. Do not buy from them !

I bought a pair of hearing aids from this company on 10th August 2022 one stopped working in December,I contacted the company i had a automated message back to say they received my message but nothing else,i contacted them again January 2023 the same thing happened again still no response, not happy.
