Wish I had looked into this company more before ordering hearing aids for my nan! This is definitely a scam - item delivered is nothing like that advertised, doesn't work at all! Tried to contact by phone and email several times for a return and refund with no response! Checked out details and their phone number is based in Grimsby and their address in London. The company does not exist! Definitely don't buy from this company!!! I will be contacting trading standards to report them and logging it as a crime if I do not hear from them within the next few days! (I will update this review if this is ever resolved but I highly suspect they have stolen our money!)

Hearing aids arrived - they did not work. Contacted the company - no response. Emailed / called - no response! Sent them back within the guaranteed 45 day trial and no response or refund! Do not buy!!!

Hearing aids arrived and were bulky, cheaply made and not as advertised. Returned immediately for a refund, following their return procedure and using signed for tracking. Absolutely no response from Otiphonic despite several E mails ! Phone number on the advert not a valid number. Scam company! Luckily I paid by credit card and am eligible for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Having returned these hearing aids for a refund, in strict accordance with their instructions, I am still waiting after 9 weeks and numerous emails for something other than an automated email response telling me they'll be in touch in 1 or 2 days, or an answerphone message telling me to email! Definitely no sign of a refund.
I have no expectation of getting my money back. Pity I can't give 0 stars.

Hearing aids are useless and not as described. Great big bulky things which stick well out of ear.

Trying to get a refund was horrendous. Item returned as new and tracked but no refund materialised despite repeated chasing.

Thankfully I paid by credit card and eventually got a refund via my credit card company.

Avoid at all costs - product is rubbish, service is shocking and their refund policy is all lies.

Would not buy from these. Hearing aids ordered and when they arrived they were both for the right ear, bulky and not the model as described and pictured on the website. When we said we wanted to return them they asked why despite their promise of a no quibble return policy and weeks later we are still awaiting a refund despite a number of emails.

I ordered the rechargeable product, with a charging box as described in their online advert. When I received the hearing aids, they were unbranded with no information as to origin, place of manufacture etc. There was no charging box, simply a travel pouch, with two USB leads and two flat pin USA USB connection plugs, useless in the UK and inconveninet for travel. When I complained I was told they had run out of boxes. I requested their 45 day refund, or supply of the charging box as described. Carrying out research I note that the "welcome" e-mails came from the USA, the hearing aids were supplied from China; two addresses given in the UK have supplied no responses, and one was returned as "Gone Away" by the post office; and finally the UK phone number given only accepted messages, which have niot been responded too. I have wasted my hard-earned pension on a rogue outfit. The company is not listed in the UK as far as I can make out, so no redress through normal fair-trading channels and trade description proicesses. Be warned!

Absolute joke of a company - the hearings aids did not work and I cannot get a response via email or phone. Do not use them!

Corrupt scammers. I got hearing aids from them, and they are useless. Made in China apparently. Instructions even suggested using cotton buds to clean ears! I've tried to contact them, but no success, and i know now, i have been robbed.

Sent back hearing aids 2 days after I received them. 3 weeks later still awaiting my refund. I have contacted them 3 times, but still have not been told why I have not got my refund. Tried phoning but just getting automated answer to email them. They promise easy returns and refund. NOT TRUE. Unless your 100% sure these are the hearing aids for you, don't bother getting them from Optiphonic

After an operation on my ears I felt deaf, I ordered a set if these to try and boost my hearing, they literally just kept my money and never sent an item. They are a complete scam company, many many emails down the line I gave up trying so lost my £130.

Do not use. They are a dodgy company. Product sent from China. Not at all what I ordered, and no branding. Phone number on website invalid. Wish I had read these previous reviews.

I ordered hearing aids from this so-called company that turned up late and were made in china,not a UK based as their advert suggests.The hearing aids howled and were not at all what i ordered from them.They were not cic as i ordered and did not recharge properly.I sent them back recorded delivery for a refund and after numerous emails, I am being told the refund is being processed.I have now put the matter with my bank.

My order is not delivered after six weeks.
Contacting them is impossible, they don’t answer phone, on live chat they don’t respond , emails they reply saying we are looking into it.
Their London address is non existent.
I don’t know what to do because can’t speak with anyone.
At one point on tracking it came up delivered and I have not received my item yet.
Can anyone help what I can do.

I ordered a set of hearing aids from this company. Two days later I cancelled due to a change of mind and asked them to return my money. It was returned in three days of asking so found this company to be honest. I was kept upto date wit emails too which I thought was very good.

Scam company. The hearing aids didn't work and make really loud digital clipping sound that hurt my ears. They told me to return them and send a return envelope. Once I did they stopped replying to me and refused to refund the £129 I paid. Reported to training standards.
