SCAM!!!

I made a large purchase of items I was hoping to give for Christmas. I checked the website and read the return policy. It states nowhere that you would have to pay for shipping to Hong Kong if need to return. Most of my items are too big for the gifts and I needed to return them. It took almost a week to get a response back about my request. Now they are only offering me 15 percent back to “save” me from having to pay for shipping. I would never have purchased from them had I known about this. The shipping label clearly had an Illinois address from the US, so this should not be right. I believe this is a SCAM and unless you want to keep your item no matter what, do NOT order from them.

UPDATE 12/25/25: they will send me new clothes with smaller sizes if I pay for shipping. I want a refund and they are unwilling to speak to that except to through some 15 percent at me which is nothing compared to what I paid and how long I waited to receive items. I maintain that this is a SCAM!!

Order Never Received

I placed an order on November 23. It was shipped on December 6. I still have not received my order even though it supposedly went through the large hub in my area on December 12th. I have reached out to chat with customer service several times and have been told "wait longer". I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you never want to receive your order.

Update: I did not receive an email update from the company. Again, disappointed with the customer service from this company. I will be contacting my bank and letting them know.

Don't buy from them

Don't buy from them! It's a scam! Tgey charge way too much. It's been over a month since I placed an order and package still hasn't shipped. They keep giving me the run around.

Incorrect Item Sent

I ordered a sweater for my friend in a different state for Christmas and when it finally got to her, it was the wrong order. I ordered the Silly Goose Book Club Sweater and she received a poster of Michael Jackson. I would like my money back and the correct item sent ASAP free of charge.
Update: they are sending a replacement free of charge. Changing this review from one to four stars.

Design is awesome, fit is a little strange

The T-shirt design is awesome, but the fabric and cut are a little strange, kind of like the people making the shirts were just kinda guessing at sizing. It fits ok but just has sort of an odd feel compared to other T-shirt brands. I’m still pretty exited about the shirt, though, since I love the design.

I ordered 4 ugly sweaters on November…

I ordered 4 ugly sweaters on November 20th. It is now December 17th and I still have not received my order. If I’d known it was going to take so long, I’d have not purchased. I do not recommend buying from this shop because the shipping is so long. I purchased from another site that shipped directly from Japan and that one was delivered 2 weeks ago.

Note to self: Do not buy things from Facebook ads.

Lots of emails, no information

In the time since I ordered my item I have received multiple marketing emails, however no parcel, and no response to my customer service enquiry. Today I got 2 emails informing me of an update to my order, which is now sitting at "fulfilled", and a parcel tracker that does not work. I cannot decide if this is a scam or not, and that stings, especially this close to Christmas

Delivery.

Slow delivery with issues. Good, but not great quality. I couldn’t cancel my order even when it was sitting in “processing” for 10 days (not yet shipped). I would consider ordering from them again only if willing to wait one month to receive.

Long story short, I ordered Ugly Christmas sweaters during their highly advertised Cyber Monday deal and it took until 12-23 to deliver, one day past their rather long maximum processing/shipping time.

Also know that their 3rd party delivery and tracking companies were really frustrating. Tracking was through 17Track; my package said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. 17Track doesn’t have any customer service, only a link to the website of a logistics company. Searching their website and emailing them sent back a different tracking number for SpeedX shipping. Their site didn’t offer additional info until I finally noticed their rather small and inconspicuous AI chat bot icon, typed in the tracking number and FINALLY got photos/proof of delivery. It was delivered to my neighbors back door, who had been OOT. This whole process took me two days, 3 customer service emails to 3 different companies, during Christmas, to figure out.

Product quality is good (no loose strings or odd cuts/curves/etc, very soft). The graphic has a weathered/scan-line look. However, know that the material is somewhat thin, like a single-layer sweatshirt (not warm enough for my wife).I’m happy with mine after all the delivery issues, but my wife is disappointed.

Great designs at a good price

Great designs at a good price. Shipping was fast and I actually received my shirt much faster than I was expecting. It looks great and is well made. Customer service was also very helpful and friendly when I had a question. Everything you want in an online retailer.

No communication on order

Website says 5-8 days to process order. I've received an email saying my order was in processing 9 days ago and no further communication. I can understand if things were delayed but instead of telling me about great deals, I would like some information on the status of my order and if it will be to me in time for Christmas.

Just received my sweater

Just received my sweater! Exactly as advertised and the xl fits perfectly (5'10, long sleeves are great for tall people)
It did get lost in the logistics warehouse for a while so the delivery took longer than expected. But it is holiday season and support on the issue was easy to reach and was very helpful. Would definitely order again
