The watches are amazing quality, feeling like a top quality Breitling and at great prices. Customer service is very responsive and always available. I highly recommend Panzera watches, I own two, and looking forward to getting my 3rd. Go get one.

Been considering these watches for a few months now, and took the plunge to purchase, wanted the Flieger 46 but out of stock so got the Flieger 45G. Delivery as promised took 5 days which is good. Have owned a few famous brand watches and have to say the quality of my new Panzera is up there with them. Went for blue leather strap and it's very good and looks excellent. Will of course monitor the time keeping over the next few weeks but have to say this is simply beyond my expectations.

I have purchased 3 Panzera Watches, 2 Battery powered and 1 Automatic. They are all great looking watches I must say, but the two battery powered models, are losing minutes (15+) within days of not wearing them, this after replacing the batteries on both. I am now wondering if it is a condition of all Panzera battery powered models. Love the watches hate the inaccuracy (except for my automatic GMT model. Does anyone else have an issue with time accuracy with Panzera Battery powered watches.

What a watch! My new Flieger 45G - I love it. It looks tough and feels solid and of genuine quality.
Couple of years ago I bought a watch on presale. I felt the delivery time was too long so I changed my mind. I got a full refund no questions asked no problems. They are 100 percent trustworthy! This time I chose a watch in stock, and everything went swimmingly.

This is my third purchase from panzera. Can honestly say they've kept me informed all the way to the shipping stage. The watch I got the other day was it 45 d I'm waiting on the new 45 chronograph ordered to ones coming Tuesday. One of the best sites have been on a young company. I think they know their s*** all the best of them are purchasing more in the future. Thanks!

My Aquamarine 45C is a good-looking watch but unfortunately the accuracy is not so good.
Panzera is claiming that the watch is “certified to the highest levels of accuracy” but no certification of accuracy is delivered with the watch.

One of the biggest reasons for buying an Aquamarine 45C was that I believed that this Swiss made watch was coming with a COSC chronometer certificate. A mail from Bernadette said “Yes, the Aquamarine 45C Chronograph does come with a Chronometer Certificate included in the package”, but only a certification of origin is delivered with the watch.

The Aquamarine is using the Swiss Valjoux 7750 movement that exists in three different grades. A Chronometer Certified watch is only equipped with the top-grade movement that has the highest levels of accuracy. However, the 7750-movement equipped in the Aquamarine 45C is the lowest grade called Elabore.

The 7750 grade Elabore is stated from the manufacture ETA to have an average daily rate (mean value for 3 different positions) within +/- 5 s/d, but my watch has a value of +12 s/d that is more than twice the specified maximum rate for this movement.

Excellent watch and it’s very beautiful masterpiece

I am an avid watch collector but my Chronograph 45C is the first Panzera I have purchased. I pre-ordered and the watch was delivered a little before expected to the UK. I ordered a blue dial and blue leather strap. Obviously (following research and reviews) largely bought on looks, when it did arrive, I was not disappointed with lovely build quality, presentation, and operation. It now holds pride of place in my "sports chronograph" category. I subsequently bought the fluorescent yellow rubber strap which looks great complementing the watch hands. Customer service has been excellent and any queries answered speedily and clearly. Do not hesitate to purchase a Panzera watch. You won't be disappointed.

Great watches to own! Nice build quality and good prices for what you getting. I will own 4 Panzera's once my Meca Quartz comes in September. If you like a bigger bolder watch, this is the company to buy for. Great customer service, very prompt to answer your emails.

I love my first watch and I have ordered another and I am about to order a 3rd. The watch is beautiful, quality made and exactly the style I like. Feel comfortable you are buying a quality time piece.

On 5/21/2025 I purchased and paid the total for the Classivo watch, model number (C43C-01WL13A) to give it to my father as a gift and to this day all I have received are excuses that it is a (pending order due to high demand), (that I would receive it in mid-June) (that there is an unexpected delay that they would receive the merchandise in the first week of July) I told them to stop making excuses and give me a solution, a refund or exchange of the watch. Customer service is very poor and takes a long time. I think they should not accept payments for watches that they do not have or know when they will have it. Do not lose customers, improve your services!

Paid for a watch on may 29th 2025. Did not hear anything from them yet. No confirmation of the order nothing. Sofar quite disappointing.

First and foremost... I can't give my opinion on my watch purely because I don't have it!
The criticism is purely on the way Panzera as a company deal with enquiries regarding orders that have been placed with themselves...... simple answer is, they don't!
For a company that states on there own website that any enquiries/questions would hopefully be dealt with in a 24hr window,well that certainly is not the case.
I ordered my watch on the 8th June and according to the website on International orders, it would be shipped within 7days, I have sent them 3 e'mails asking for any kind of update when watch would be shipped.... no response whatsoever which i find very dissapointing.So if you like the look of the Panzera watch,please do not hold your breath awaiting shipment OR communication between Panzera watches and the client.

This is my 3rd PANZERA Watch. My last one was the limited anniversary edition. Package was nice and made me feel special. The long wait was worth it. My favorite watch now.
PANZERA watches are of great quality with a lot of attention to detail.
Customer are updated on the progress of your order and follow up. Very customer oriented company that loves what they do and its customers.

Rebuttal to my previous review of PANZERA Watches, after my review was posted PANZERA reached out to me by several people in there costumer service department to address and correct the issue first hand. My watch was on backorder and the e-mail pertaining to it was sent to my spam folder e-mail. So I am happy to say this issue was corrected in a timely manner and I have received my watch since then. Thank you PANZERA for your prompt attention in dealing with the issue.
