If I could give zero I would. Shameful and unlawful management of our building, the shed rooves have been shoddily repaired some two years ago and lo and behold due to the heavy rain, there have been massive leaks inside everyone’s sheds. Had to chase 3 times before even being given an answer. The answer being: ‘Our hands are tied since we repaired the rooves 2 years ago…’ I am now dealing with damp and MOULD on my belongings in the shed. Absolute disgraceful, I don’t even want to say management of the property since that would require some responsibility being taken.

Susan Kent - Getting It Right
Susan, has been our Property Manager (PM) for a couple of years or so now and is friendly and heelpful. I have always found her to be responsive and quick to react to requests for action on any given issue. Good communication between a PM and residents and vice versa at a given property is paramount and Susan is a good communicator. She also gets things done and quickly.

I had to deal with a fire alarm issue at my flat, was away which made very difficult. In a panic rang Parkfords and spoke to Kristopher who went above and beyond to help me even when it was nearly closing time. I can’t thank him enough 😊

Yesterday, Kay was quick to reply to my email concerning our estimated service charge budget.
Horrendous Property Management
If I could leave a zero star, I would.
Parkfords have been ''managing'' our properties for over a decade. The MD washes her hands off the issues 11/15 lessees escalates and fobs them off to incompetent and ineffective property managers who are incapable of doing their jobs.
They are the greatest bane of our daily lives. We are constantly chasing for works updates, gardening and cleaning to be done properly or pleading for new parking permits.
Forget they ever come to perform site visits or have a f2f meeting.
However, they are very capable, efficient and effective at increasing our service fees year on year without any service improvements.
If you are part of a leasehold - do not contract them. They are god-bloody awful.

She has been so helpful and replys to my emails so fast. She is understanding and listens to my problems. Being on pension credit makes life very difficult and she totally understands. She is a joy.
Just the worst
Just the worst experience with this lot.
I won't go into the private details but I find it hard to believe some of the positive reviews about them and I take them with a pinch of salt. I would recommend looking closely at the language of some of the reviews (often the only reviews by that person) about the company. Then make your own mind up.

We at T & M Findley Limited have been providing various Contract Cleaning jobs and ground maintenance work for Parkfords in and around the Portsmouth area for the past 5 years. Any questions or issues we have are quickly dealt with and payment is always received with no problem. Our main contacts have been Emily, Shelley and Ellie and more recently Kay who is constantly trusting us with more and varied contracts, accepting our advise re job timescales and never questioning the quotes. I feel we have a mutually respectful working relationship which I hope will continue for the foreseeable future.
